1. RECIPE:
MUFFINS
Ingredients:
-170g of butter
-1 tablespoon of yeast
-200g of sugar
-1 little tablespoon of sodium
-3 eggs
bicarbonate
-225g of flour
-50 ml of milk
-1 pinch of salt
-100g of cocoa
Elaboration:
Preheat the oven 180ºC
Put in a bowl the butter and the sugar and stir it
Add the eggs and the cocoa
Then add the milk
And finally the flour mixed with the yeast, the salt and the
sodium bicarbonate
Put it in oven during 15 minutes at 180ºC
And decore it
