4. PROCEDURE:
- First, set the oven at 220°C.
- To make the batter , sift the flour and salt into
the bowl. Then beat in the eggs and gradually beat in
the milk. Leave the batter aside for 10 minutes.
- Now, prick the sausages with the fork.
- Put the butter in the oven dish, then add the sausages
and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until they are
brown.
- Finally, pour the batter over the sausages and reduce
the oven to 180°C. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or
until the batter has risen and is brown.
