Power point made by Spanish students for the third meeting inside the Erasmus + project "Europe works by projects"Let's organize our own prom". In this meeting students shared every results they got after working with the project "Let's organize our own prom" using "Problem based learning" methodology.

  1. 1. EUROPE WORKS BY PROJECTS 2015-2017 MULTICULTURAL BREAKFAST
  2. 2. Spanish multicultural breakfast
  3. 3. We are going to show you French and Spanish food we have cooked for our Multicultural breakfast.
  4. 4. FRANCE
  5. 5. MAIN COURSE  Quiche Vosgienne DESSERT  Creps FOOD
  6. 6. INGREDIENTS Dough  275g flour  160g butter  1 egg  ½ teaspoon of salt QUICHE VOSGIENNE
  7. 7.  STUFFED  100g bacon.  300ml cream  3 eggs  15g butter  Nutmeg, pepper and salt  75g grated cheese (optional)
  8. 8. 1.Put all the ingredients in a bowl. 2.Mix the ingredients. 3.Wrap in a paper and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. PREPARATION OF DOUGH
  9. 9. 1.Form a mould with the dough and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 190ºC. 2.Add the butter and the bacon. 3.Mix the eggs with a teaspoon of salt, pepper and nutmeg. 4.When the bacon is fried, we add the cream and the eggs. Then, we mix and we turn off the cooker. 5.We put it in the oven at 200ºC for 24 minutes. PREPARATION OF QUICHE.

  11. 11.  250 g flour.  ½ milk.  4 eggs.  50 gr butter.  1 teaspoon of salt.  A teaspoon of sugar INGREDIENTS.
  12. 12. 1.We put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them. 2.We put in a pan a little bit of dough. PREPARATION

  15. 15. First plate: Tortilla de patatas. •·Ingredients for 7 people: •-1'25kg potatoes. •-350gr onions. •-11 big eggs. •-200ml oil. •-30gr de salt.
  16. 16. Preparation: Peel, wash and cut the potatoes in small pieces. We peel and cut also the onion. In a broad pan and we put on fire with oil and when it's hot we fry the onion like the potatoes. Once this is done, we beat the eggs and we put in a pan mix with the onion and the potatoes.
  17. 17. Dessert: Arroz con leche. ·Ingredients for 7 people: -350gr rice. -262.5 sugar. -1.75l milk. -4 Cinnamon sticks. -Lemon peel. -Ground cinnamon. -87.5gr butter.
  18. 18. Preparation: We take a pot of the right size to prepare the recipe, put the milk in the pot, and we put it to heat in the fire, we put all the sugar, the cinnamon sticks, lemon peel and the rice. We remove to dissolve the sugar and we wait for the milk to boil, then we add the rice well drained and the butter. Let's cook on fire, until the rice is tender. The rice will take 35-40 minutes to stay ready.
  19. 19. When the rice stay ready, we put out the lemon peel and the cinnamon sticks. Let's cold in a bol at room temperature and later we sprinkle on top ground cinnamon. The best is keep in the fridge to the moment to put in the plate.
  20. 20. Nutritional value of the plates. •We have made two tables with the nutritional information of the ingredients of the first plate and the dessert.
