Abstract - SnistChapters is a student engagement
platform that includes various types of blogs (student
technical views) that connect individuals in the college and
share applicable practical ideas. The platform contains not
only technical information, but also cultural events taking
place at the college, up-to-date information from senior
college officials, and more. It also helps in improving the
college's search engine optimization ranking. The
architecture follows the role hierarchy, administrators,
authors and students. The administrator has all rights to
the blog posted by the student and also has the authority
to manage the student's account. Many college students
can write down articles, blogs, or posts in bulk. However,
some good enough articles, blogs, or posts will appear in
the college's monthly or annual newsletter. Articles, blogs,
and posts by the rest of the students are also highly
appreciated. They want others to read their work and
show their talents to others.
Key Words: SnistChapters, Snist, Blogs, Search Engine
Optimization, Technical views, Creativity
1 INTRODUCTION
In day-to-day life, people use blogs. Blogs may only be the
single source of communication for most people. We see
many blogs coming on the internet daily. Some of the blogs
are useful and some of them may not be useful.
Snistchapters is a technical blog where the students can
share their ideas and suggestions. Here, we provide this
platform to those students who want to share their ideas
with the world. Every student wants to share their ideas
and also gain knowledge from others. But nowadays the
scenario is if there are about 100 people who want to write
the paper, from the very few are selected around 10-15
members and from those only 4-5 are published. This is
the scenario of every college. But many of them who have
talent also are not getting a chance. This is the best
platform to showcase their talent and succeed. This is not
only for the paper publishing or the ideas sharing but also
this platform is used to share the information by the
lectures and the head of the departments. This platform is
also used to share the updates from the principal and also
about the fests etc., any information can be shared on this
platform where it reaches all the students. Basically, it’s
nothing but a college platform where colleges can
communicate with students through this platform. This is
very important to every college in the economical view
also, like if we use this platform for a college then the SEO
(search engine optimization) will also increase this is very
helpful to college.
RELATED WORK
We have used the Cascading style sheets and Hyper Text
Markup Language for the design of the web page. And for
many modules for the structure and to link the website to
the database we have used the React js and Node js. We
have used Netlify for the web domain, and Heroku for the
backend part. ”snistchapters. netlify.app” is our web
domain from where you can access the platform for
writing blogs. From there you can create and write the
blogs, can read the other’s blogs, and also you can
comment on the blogs and suggest improvements if any.
2 METHODOLOGY
2.1 Existing System
Generally, in day-to-day life, many people write blogs,
newspapers, internet, magazines, books and might sell
them. But those blogs may not be recognized by others. The
humans whose blogs are not recognized want those to be
recognized or to become famous. In short, everyone wants
their own blogs to be read by others. It means that they
cannot go and shout or announce that this is my blog,
please refer to it.
Most blogs of the many people are not getting published
because others have already used those blogs repeatedly.
Or the other reason might be because of lack of money
financially. Many students also want their blogs to be
published. But those students' blogs are not being
published because of lack of money. If we put or keep a
blog or a paper in a book or in a newspaper or in a college
magazine, everyone won't read it. In this way, all blogs will
not be read by others. That is, all blogs will not become
famous. If you regularly deliver a blog so that people will
refer to your blogs and read your blogs. People are not
honestly providing or writing their blogs, that is why their
blogs are not getting reached to others. Even it takes at
least three to six months to publish their blogs on the
internet. If it takes longer, it will become a bigger problem
to reach.
International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology (IRJET) e-ISSN: 2395-0056

Many people are using only the old versions of writing
blogs, this is also one of the reasons not to get a reach.
Blogs are there to notify and announce or communicate
about the events or competitions or any other to be
happening in the future.
2.2 Proposed System
In this proposed system, the three most important
components are the [1] administrators, [2] authors and the
well-beloved [3] students of the college. The
administrators can control the whole system of the blogs.
The right to authority to the blogs has been provided to the
administrator only, not to the authors or to the students.
The administrators can creatively think and write blogs
that will be helpful to the students of the college. Those
blogs can be of any domain. Those blogs domains include
events, fests, fun activities, sessions regarding awareness
programs that are going to happen in the college very
soon, competitions that are going to be held in the college
in a wink, and it may be any kind of articles that students
of the college are interested in.
Even the authors can also creatively think and write the
blogs to showcase their talent to the students of the
college. But the most important and interesting thing is
that if the authors want to write a blog, they can’t simply
login or create an account and then directly write a blog. In
order to write a blog, the authors must definitely request
the administrator to write the blogs. [4]Then only the
administrator will give access to the authors to write the
blogs which must be helpful to others. The administrator
will give access to the authors by sending an email which
includes default credentials such as username and
password to the author. Before the author starts to write a
blog, the author must login with the default credentials
sent by the administrator and must surely change the
default password. [5]If the default password is not
changed, then the author cannot write the blogs.
This advanced feature (changing the default password
before writing the blogs) has been developed for security
reasons in order not to lose their account. That is if
someone else has stolen their account, if the default
password of the author’s account has not been changed,
then the username and password of that account can be
changed and can be used as another's account. After the
author has changed the password successfully by
following the password characteristics to be the strong
password, the author must move to the blog writing
section which is present in the dashboard. Whenever the
author starts to write a blog, initially the keywords of the
blog must be mentioned so that whenever the students of
the college reads this blog, they must understand in a
quicker time by looking into those keywords itself. [6]If
the keywords are written, then the author cannot move to
the next section. After mentioning the keywords, the
author must save the blog in order to move to the main
section of the blog writing.
Here, in this section of blog writing, the author has to post
the main content of whatever he wants to publish as a
blog. In order to emphasize or stress the main content of
the blog, the author can even apply few stylings to the
main content (text) such as changing the font size of the
content, applying formatting, can include pictures as well,
underline and highlight the text and many more. In this
way, the author can write a blog which will be beneficial
and advantageous to the other students of the college.
Even the author can advertise their blogs by including the
advertisement content such as posters to their blogs in the
main section of blog writing. Simply, blogs are nothing but
the articles that will be beneficial to the college students.
The author himself/herself can’t directly publish the blog.
After completing the blog writing, the author must request
the administrator to publish the blog. If everything seems
to be perfect or fine with the blog, the administrator will
publish the blog.
The administrator can publish the blog to the public blogs
section or to a separate group of blog readers. [7]But if the
administrator finds something irrelevant related to that
blog, then that blog will not be published and will be
reverted back to the author itself stating to correct the blog
that will be beneficial to others. After publishing the blog
in the dashboard in the public section, anyone can read or
go through the blog. In this way, a blog is written (created)
and published. Not only the authors, administrators can
also write and publish the blogs the same way as authors.
The students are not the authors nor the administrator.
They are only limited to reading the blogs by visiting the
blogs dashboard to know about upcoming events,
competitions, exams, talent of others, fests , fun activities
and many more.
The administrator, authors and the college students can
comment on any blogs. But the blog owner can control the
comments, that is he/she can delete comments whenever
they feel they are irrelevant. The comments mentioned by
anyone can also be helpful or beneficial to others as well.
Even one can share the blog to their friends or family in
various social media platforms such as Whatsapp,
Facebook and Twitter, so that everyone could get aware of
that blog.[8]However, each and every blog that has been
published in the blogs dashboard are stored in the
database called Firebase. Even each and every information
related to the administrator, authors and students are also
stored. Even the time when the students have visited the
blog or commented on a blog are also noted and stored in
the database Firebase. They can be retrieved by the
administrator whenever they are required.

3 SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
4 FUTURE SCOPE
Not only limited to one college, platforms like this (sharing
ideas in the form of blogs) must be introduced in each and
every college and may be called a public platform for
students present in different colleges, so that students from
different colleges can get to know about various blogs
written by different students from different colleges.
5 CONCLUSION
Earlier, the blogs or articles that were written by the
students couldn’t get much reach. It may be for the
following reasons: one couldn’t write their blog themselves
or they must have copied the content from somewhere
else. The solution to reach their blogs to others is that one
should think creatively and put their talent out to write a
blog themselves. Then only they could get a big reach
number to their blogs as well as likes and comments in a
big number. Even if the students of the college think
creatively and write a blog exceptionally, their blogs can
reach out to most of the students present in the college. So
that most of the students could get aware of those blogs in
a detailed manner. Students can even share the blogs to
their friends in various social media platforms so that
everyone will get to know about that shared blog.In this
way, all the students of the college can get to know about
Those blogs can be related to any one of the following
domains such as technologies, events, competitions and
many more. Students can showcase their talent and
exceptional ideas to others in the form of blogs through
these platforms. If there is a public platform like this, then
each and every student blog can get a maximum reach in
terms of viewers, likes and comments.

technologies through these blogs published by other

SNISTCHAPTERS - A TECHNICAL PLATFORM FOR SHARING IDEAS

  • 1. The platform contains not only technical information, but also cultural events taking place at the college, up-to-date information from senior college officials, and more. It also helps in improving the college's search engine optimization ranking. The architecture follows the role hierarchy, administrators, authors and students. The administrator has all rights to the blog posted by the student and also has the authority to manage the student's account. Many college students can write down articles, blogs, or posts in bulk. However, some good enough articles, blogs, or posts will appear in the college's monthly or annual newsletter. Articles, blogs, and posts by the rest of the students are also highly appreciated. They want others to read their work and show their talents to others. Key Words: SnistChapters, Snist, Blogs, Search Engine Optimization, Technical views, Creativity 1 INTRODUCTION In day-to-day life, people use blogs. Blogs may only be the single source of communication for most people. We see many blogs coming on the internet daily. Some of the blogs are useful and some of them may not be useful. Snistchapters is a technical blog where the students can share their ideas and suggestions. Here, we provide this platform to those students who want to share their ideas with the world. Every student wants to share their ideas and also gain knowledge from others. But nowadays the scenario is if there are about 100 people who want to write the paper, from the very few are selected around 10-15 members and from those only 4-5 are published. This is the scenario of every college. But many of them who have talent also are not getting a chance. This is the best platform to showcase their talent and succeed. This is not only for the paper publishing or the ideas sharing but also this platform is used to share the information by the lectures and the head of the departments. This platform is also used to share the updates from the principal and also about the fests etc., any information can be shared on this platform where it reaches all the students. Basically, it’s nothing but a college platform where colleges can communicate with students through this platform. This is very important to every college in the economical view also, like if we use this platform for a college then the SEO (search engine optimization) will also increase this is very helpful to college. RELATED WORK We have used the Cascading style sheets and Hyper Text Markup Language for the design of the web page. And for many modules for the structure and to link the website to the database we have used the React js and Node js. We have used Netlify for the web domain, and Heroku for the backend part. ”snistchapters. netlify.app” is our web domain from where you can access the platform for writing blogs. From there you can create and write the blogs, can read the other’s blogs, and also you can comment on the blogs and suggest improvements if any. 2 METHODOLOGY 2.1 Existing System Generally, in day-to-day life, many people write blogs, newspapers, internet, magazines, books and might sell them. But those blogs may not be recognized by others. The humans whose blogs are not recognized want those to be recognized or to become famous. In short, everyone wants their own blogs to be read by others. It means that they cannot go and shout or announce that this is my blog, please refer to it. Most blogs of the many people are not getting published because others have already used those blogs repeatedly. Or the other reason might be because of lack of money financially. Many students also want their blogs to be published. But those students' blogs are not being published because of lack of money. If we put or keep a blog or a paper in a book or in a newspaper or in a college magazine, everyone won't read it. In this way, all blogs will not be read by others. That is, all blogs will not become famous. If you regularly deliver a blog so that people will refer to your blogs and read your blogs. People are not honestly providing or writing their blogs, that is why their blogs are not getting reached to others. Even it takes at least three to six months to publish their blogs on the internet. If it takes longer, it will become a bigger problem to reach.
  • 2. International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology (IRJET) e-ISSN: 2395-0056 Volume: 09 Issue: 06 | June 2022 www.irjet.net p-ISSN: 2395-0072 © 2022, IRJET | Impact Factor value: 7.529 | ISO 9001:2008 Certified Journal | Page 1627 Many people are using only the old versions of writing blogs, this is also one of the reasons not to get a reach. Blogs are there to notify and announce or communicate about the events or competitions or any other to be happening in the future. 2.2 Proposed System In this proposed system, the three most important components are the [1] administrators, [2] authors and the well-beloved [3] students of the college. The administrators can control the whole system of the blogs. The right to authority to the blogs has been provided to the administrator only, not to the authors or to the students. The administrators can creatively think and write blogs that will be helpful to the students of the college. Those blogs can be of any domain. Those blogs domains include events, fests, fun activities, sessions regarding awareness programs that are going to happen in the college very soon, competitions that are going to be held in the college in a wink, and it may be any kind of articles that students of the college are interested in. Even the authors can also creatively think and write the blogs to showcase their talent to the students of the college. But the most important and interesting thing is that if the authors want to write a blog, they can’t simply login or create an account and then directly write a blog. In order to write a blog, the authors must definitely request the administrator to write the blogs. [4]Then only the administrator will give access to the authors to write the blogs which must be helpful to others. The administrator will give access to the authors by sending an email which includes default credentials such as username and password to the author. Before the author starts to write a blog, the author must login with the default credentials sent by the administrator and must surely change the default password. [5]If the default password is not changed, then the author cannot write the blogs. This advanced feature (changing the default password before writing the blogs) has been developed for security reasons in order not to lose their account. That is if someone else has stolen their account, if the default password of the author’s account has not been changed, then the username and password of that account can be changed and can be used as another's account. After the author has changed the password successfully by following the password characteristics to be the strong password, the author must move to the blog writing section which is present in the dashboard. Whenever the author starts to write a blog, initially the keywords of the blog must be mentioned so that whenever the students of the college reads this blog, they must understand in a quicker time by looking into those keywords itself. [6]If the keywords are written, then the author cannot move to the next section. After mentioning the keywords, the author must save the blog in order to move to the main section of the blog writing. Here, in this section of blog writing, the author has to post the main content of whatever he wants to publish as a blog. In order to emphasize or stress the main content of the blog, the author can even apply few stylings to the main content (text) such as changing the font size of the content, applying formatting, can include pictures as well, underline and highlight the text and many more. In this way, the author can write a blog which will be beneficial and advantageous to the other students of the college. Even the author can advertise their blogs by including the advertisement content such as posters to their blogs in the main section of blog writing. Simply, blogs are nothing but the articles that will be beneficial to the college students. The author himself/herself can’t directly publish the blog. After completing the blog writing, the author must request the administrator to publish the blog. If everything seems to be perfect or fine with the blog, the administrator will publish the blog. The administrator can publish the blog to the public blogs section or to a separate group of blog readers. [7]But if the administrator finds something irrelevant related to that blog, then that blog will not be published and will be reverted back to the author itself stating to correct the blog that will be beneficial to others. After publishing the blog in the dashboard in the public section, anyone can read or go through the blog. In this way, a blog is written (created) and published. Not only the authors, administrators can also write and publish the blogs the same way as authors. The students are not the authors nor the administrator. They are only limited to reading the blogs by visiting the blogs dashboard to know about upcoming events, competitions, exams, talent of others, fests , fun activities and many more. The administrator, authors and the college students can comment on any blogs. But the blog owner can control the comments, that is he/she can delete comments whenever they feel they are irrelevant. The comments mentioned by anyone can also be helpful or beneficial to others as well. Even one can share the blog to their friends or family in various social media platforms such as Whatsapp, Facebook and Twitter, so that everyone could get aware of that blog.[8]However, each and every blog that has been published in the blogs dashboard are stored in the database called Firebase. Even each and every information related to the administrator, authors and students are also stored. Even the time when the students have visited the blog or commented on a blog are also noted and stored in the database Firebase. They can be retrieved by the administrator whenever they are required.
  • 3. International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology (IRJET) e-ISSN: 2395-0056 Volume: 09 Issue: 06 | June 2022 www.irjet.net p-ISSN: 2395-0072 © 2022, IRJET | Impact Factor value: 7.529 | ISO 9001:2008 Certified Journal | Page 1628 Fig 2.1 Login page Fig 2.2 A Student Blog 3 SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE 4 FUTURE SCOPE Not only limited to one college, platforms like this (sharing ideas in the form of blogs) must be introduced in each and every college and may be called a public platform for students present in different colleges, so that students from different colleges can get to know about various blogs written by different students from different colleges. 5 CONCLUSION Earlier, the blogs or articles that were written by the students couldn’t get much reach. It may be for the following reasons: one couldn’t write their blog themselves or they must have copied the content from somewhere else. The solution to reach their blogs to others is that one should think creatively and put their talent out to write a blog themselves. Then only they could get a big reach number to their blogs as well as likes and comments in a big number. Even if the students of the college think creatively and write a blog exceptionally, their blogs can reach out to most of the students present in the college. So that most of the students could get aware of those blogs in a detailed manner. Students can even share the blogs to their friends in various social media platforms so that everyone will get to know about that shared blog.In this way, all the students of the college can get to know about Those blogs can be related to any one of the following domains such as technologies, events, competitions and many more. Students can showcase their talent and exceptional ideas to others in the form of blogs through these platforms. If there is a public platform like this, then each and every student blog can get a maximum reach in terms of viewers, likes and comments.
