explained clearly to all teachers

• February 2019- Pre-observation meeting in order to inform teachers about the
observation process, discuss different areas of best practice and teaching
quality and share observation forms
• March – April / July- August – Directors and teachers agree on groups they will
be observing and dates for observations
• May- June / September - October – Observations take place
• July / November – Feedback sessions take place
