5. Automation is the future key for everything!
inimizing human input in every process, technology is
Mgrowing and automating. With the innovations in line, the
application of technology is used to monitor and control the
production and delivery of goods and services. In the Healthcare
Industry, the tasks are repetitive, tedious and time consuming. With the
rise in medical services, there is a possibility of human error in tasks,
as everything is manual. To mitigate such errors automation plays a
vital role. It helps in providing an opportunity to improve patient
outcomes by making the entire process more effective and efficient.
Automation has revolutionized the operation of other industries.
Applying a similar to healthcare has significant benefits too. Reduced
costs, lower risk of noncompliance, higher quality of care, and
improved patient experience are all advantages of automated care,
from administrative tasks to operational jobs. Automation not only
reduces staff's human-facing workload, but it also results in better
patient care.
There are numerous benefits for the organization and patients that are
becoming the new normal in the healthcare industry. Since automation
takes over a huge burden of repetitive tasks, professionals can more
focus on their skills, which benefits everyone. This helps in both
factors, increasing the organization’s profits and improving patient
care.
Many tasks within the healthcare industry are automated, as
automation is becoming more common in the healthcare industry.
Automation offers solutions for improved productivity and efficiency
as we move forward toward the future. Therefore, we can say that
automation brings more solutions for all the challenges that have been
faced earlier.

12. The Pharma and Biotech logistics and supply chain
process involves shipping drugs, specimens, cell
and gene components and future medications to
different facilities, such as warehouses, hospitals or
research centers. When exposed to incorrect temperatures,
decomposition can occur and diminish the products'
intended impact.
However, innovative breakthroughs in therapeutics
research, technologies and logistics support continued
progress in the pharmaceutical supply chain. This progress
is further extended in packaging innovations, tracking and
monitoring advancements, warehouse upgrades, shipping
and transportation improvements, educational and training
programs, as well as policy and regulatory development.
To keep a competitive edge, companies have also to keep
up with quality and compliance developments, a focus of
both pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Regardless of
their place in the supply chain, companies must constantly

variety of transportation needs, such as temperature-
controlled shipping, dry-controlled shipping, LTL services,
FTL services, over the road, and rail services. Additionally,
we service all the dry and wet ports of Vancouver, BC
including Deltaport, Centerm, Vanterm, CP Rail, and CN
Rail.
As dedicated warehouse and distribution experts at 18
Wheels, we are committed to excellence and efficiency. We
make sure to perform a thorough analysis of the customer's
supply chain to fully understand their business, products
and needs. Our goal is to create a competitive advantage for
our partners and provide solutions in all transactions that
include transportation, distribution and warehouse services
with respect to:
Ÿ Distribution of key medical products throughout Canada
Ÿ Inventory control of medical products
Ÿ Transportation service end to end (fully traceable and
trackable)
What is your opinion on the necessity for healthcare
supply chain management companies to align their
offerings with the latest technological advances,
especially when it comes to catering to ever-evolving
healthcare needs?
At 18 Wheels Logistics, our vision is to "Build enduring
relationships by delivering integrated solutions with passion
and innovation!”
We are Canada's preferred provider of ambient and
temperature-controlled transportation and distribution.
18 Wheels is now HACCP certified, which is the
international standard for effective control of food safety.
This ensures that 18 Wheels follows the proper procedures
and protocols to make food consumption safe.
18 Wheels Logistics, Distribution Warehouse Facilities use
"smart facilities infrastructure:”
Ÿ WIFI access enables us to download scanner
information eliminating any wait time - data is instantly
available, allowing us to expedite our delivery schedule.
Ÿ Vehicle temperatures are displayed in the dispatch area
before loading to help prevent temperature excursions.
Ÿ Our facilities are temperature-controlled and monitored
on a 24/7 basis.
In your opinion, what could be the future of the
healthcare supply chain management industry post-
pandemic? And how are you strategizing your
company's operations for the future?
We owe it to our customers, the public, and ourselves to
take a step back and re-evaluate how the whole sector –
from healthcare systems to distributors to manufacturers –
managed the healthcare supply chain during the pandemic,
specifically the initial stages. To only improve for the years
to come.
COVID-19 showed a lot of shortcomings, but it also
brought out the best in a lot of people. 18 Wheels Logistics
worked with a lot of major healthcare organizations and
facilitated relationships with smaller organizations to locate
alternate suppliers that could provide equipment and even
vital supplies.
www.insightscare.com
OCTOBER | 2022 16
19. Transparency and information sharing, both laterally across
the industry and vertically from source to point of care, can
go a long way toward improving supply chain visibility and
efficiency in this business improves the overall quality of
the healthcare supply chain.
At 18 Wheels, we use our specialized technology to provide
better, more accurate information to requestors seeking
medical supplies and the assurance that what they order is
available and can be delivered on time.
To continue these positive changes, we will need to
complete the following:
Prioritize local sourcing: The recurrent PPE shortages in
2020 showed vulnerabilities in a worldwide supply chain
that had previously prioritized low prices. China and other
countries enjoy a significant pricing advantage for these
commodities, but the ramifications of putting price before
healthcare delivery are now more apparent than ever. Our
federal government, as well as the industry, must reconsider
sourcing techniques.
Demand forecasting: This is the place with the highest
potential. Everyone in the healthcare supply chain must be
able to forecast the supplies they will need for clinical care
in a variety of circumstances.
COVID-19 precipitated the supply chain crisis in 2020, but
any number of other calamities, from a hurricane to a civil
or regional conflict in a country where supplies are
produced, might equally disrupt medical supply delivery.
What we need to do is create a balance, between the
sourcing of key medical goods and using the opportunity
for forwarding planning, exchanging information across all
industry partners, and improving supply chain efficiency.
Every crisis presents an opportunity, and 18 Wheels is
certain that our industry will rise to the occasion with
collaboration and dedication.
As an established leader, what would be your advice to
the budding entrepreneurs and enthusiasts aspiring to
venture into the healthcare supply chain management
business?
Focus on learning all you can in Automation; today's
technology is based on a digitalized environment and is the
driving force behind a company's efficiency. It is critical to
business process improvement.
Always ensure you have a well-put-together website and a
good web designer. Using good business processing
software will help you streamline your company. Also,
because no manual procedures are used, the firm saves
time. Through software, automation makes it simple to
organize and manage account and employee information
and boosts productivity.
A strong planning structure is essential for any management
to succeed. Procurement, storage and delivery are just a few
of the aspects that go into planning. Costs, time and
transportation are all part of the planning process.
How do you envision scaling your company's services in
2022 and beyond?
There are currently approx. one million square feet of
warehousing and distribution space in Canada. I look to
grow this to over six million square feet in the next five
years. To do this, vast investment in technology is required,
and being the first to market is essential but more
importantly, being the best in the market.

20. igitization in Healthcare Supply Chain has served as a
Dstepping stone for companies and organizations in meeting
the most recent needs of patients and customers. The
challenges in the healthcare supply chain have also given rise to
supply chain trends with newfound expectations.
Healthcare Supply Chain plays a crucial role in assisting patients
and saving their lives. Implementing digital healthcare technology
is a significant step towards increasing efficiency. The
transformation of the traditional healthcare supply chain into a
digital health supply chain is generating long-term value in
healthcare organizations. It provides patients with faster, smoother,
more affordable and safer healthcare services. Digitization in
healthcare is assisting hospitals and healthcare systems in lowering
operational costs and identifying appropriate growth opportunities.
Digitization in healthcare has the potential to create a supply chain
that allows organizations to meet the most recent needs of patients
and customers. This has the potential to improve the efficiency of
the healthcare supply chain.
Let’s understand the new trends in detail:
Ÿ Patient Engagement and Care
With the new innovative digital health tools and technologies,
the efficiency of the Supply chain increases in healthcare.
Automation will help in saving money for medical
organizations and hospital systems. Staff productivity can be
increased by automating the workflow. The healthcare supply
chain can redirect staff time to better utilize patient care, reduce
patient wait time, and reduce the number of rescheduled

22. appointments. Improving patient care can shift priorities
toward improved patient engagement and satisfaction.
Ÿ Efficient Workflow
Improving the efficiency of a healthcare organization
and system can aid in the automation of physical
planning and tasks. There is duplication in the work
processes. This is due to the disconnected and
segmented process of assembling the supply chain.
When stakeholders attempt to automate and implement
workflow tasks, they can share information more
efficiently.
Ÿ Cost-effectivity
Having the potential to save lots of money, Supply
Chain Management in Healthcare is known as Strategic
assets. Automation is the key to realizing the potential
in the industry. Supply chain digitization can help to
create a more holistic approach to cost-effectiveness.
Ÿ Data Accuracy
Once the supply chain has been digitized, it is possible
to see that poor outcomes generate a large number of
data errors and inconsistencies. Furthermore, with
digitization that provides data accuracy, employees
have more time to engage in higher productivity
activities.
Ÿ Standardization
The digitization of the supply chain can help to
standardize healthcare processes. Once that is
accomplished, everyone involved can work together to
make healthcare services more efficient and user-
friendly.
Importance of Supply Chain Management in Healthcare
Supply chain management is still an issue in the healthcare
sector, and implementing programs or initiatives that
support transformation provides an opportunity to improve
efficiencies at a critical time, assisting healthcare
organizations in cutting costs, implementing smarter
processes, and providing better patient care.
Supply chain process improvement assists healthcare
organizations in achieving long-term financial and
operational efficiencies, as well as contributing to improved
patient safety. Tracking and tracing medical supplies, such
as high-value implants, from point of manufacture to point
of care is an example of this, allowing organizations to
build a picture of usage - who, when, where and what
products are used on patients.
Healthcare organizations are increasingly embracing
innovative technology to improve procurement and supply
chain processes, options that do not have a negative impact
on clinical staffing levels or quality of care but instead
facilitate better working practices.
Challenges to Implement
The healthcare industry is extremely demanding. In general,
healthcare has lagged behind other industries in terms of
supply chain management, and the UK, in particular, has
historically relied on basic, manual, and time-consuming
technologies or approaches.
Data is essential for improving procurement and supply
chain practices. It also poses a significant challenge:
improving data quality, data access and data analysis.
Another significant challenge is the people. Implementing
healthcare supply chain initiatives is primarily a change
management project, often supported by technology, that
must win hearts and minds. People's participation in these
programs can be difficult.
Closing Aspects
The digitization of the healthcare supply chain has several
advantages that can save the industry money. By
automating and improving decision-making abilities, a
digital health supply chain promotes efficiency and
streamlined work processes. Technology-based solutions
and operations will make supply chain personnel's jobs
easier by allowing them to be more productive.
The need for healthcare organizations to improve outcomes
while decreasing costs will drive the adoption of new
technologies, data-driven strategies, patient-centered
delivery methods, supply chain leaders, and new types of
provider-supplier contracts.

25. Enhancing Healthcare
Ef ciency
Blockchain technology has helped ease the processes
and lessen the burden in the healthcare sector.
Blockchain has the ability to reduce the current
spending bubble, protect patients' data, keep a real-time
track of the activities, and fulfil the crucial needs of the
healthcare industry. It also enhances the primary operations
and enables reliability, ensuring prompt functioning of the
businesses.
With an aim and vision of enhancing the traditional
business processes, Blockchain Firm provides enterprise
blockchain development services and solutions for various
industries, focusing primarily on the healthcare sector.
Being one of the few early adopters of blockchain
technology, its ultimate goal is to help all enterprises
and organizations adopt blockchain into their
businesses.
Under the visionary leadership of the Head of
Global Business Development, Salman
Parcy, Blockchain Firmenables transparency
and security to business processes using
blockchain technology towards an absolute
betterment of their clients in the industry.
The Prologue
Established in 2017, Blockchain
Firm provides enterprise blockchain
development services and solutions for
various industries, with a strong focus on
the healthcare space. Being one of the few
early adopters of blockchain technology, its
ultimate goal is to help all enterprises and organizations
adopt blockchain into their businesses.
Salman states that the company understands business
processes like no other and helps transform its client's ideas
into reality with innovation and creativity. He virtuously
believes that "instead of making clients, businesses should
make partners who have mutually benefiting vision and
strive towards a common goal."
A Visionary Leadership
Salman Parcy, the Head of Global Business Development at
Blockchain Firm, leads the business, marketing and
branding teams across the company's global offices. He
believed that the sea of opportunities and optimistic scope
of growth comes with technological advancement. This
inspired him to set the company's vision in motion. And
now, he is on the mission to venture blockchain technology
into every industry possible.
Salman believes, "I have a strong thought in mind - as a
leader, every word you speak will be analysed, every action
you do will be followed, and every standard you have will
be set. So, I make myself a visionary, thoughtful,
entertaining and the most assertive person.”
Advancing the Healthcare Supply Management
The company has a collective suite of blockchain services
tailor-made and delivered for enterprises and organizations
according to their business requirements. When a business

itself to understanding the concept in-depth and drafting a
feasibility study.
After there is a mutual agreement on the study, then they
move forward. And if there's room for improvement, the
company will be adding its ideas too. Salman states, "We do
this because we ought to give our clients the best services
possible."
The healthcare industry is one of the primary industries that
require advanced technology integration. Blockchain is a
powerful and advanced technology that offers many
benefits for healthcare.
Since the company is a pioneer in blockchain, Salman
thought of an idea. "Instead of just digitizing the existing
systems, we focus on creating a healthcare ecosystem with a
unified portal that provides easy access and connects all
participants digitally."
This ecosystem could serve end-to-end purposes - right
from acquiring the patients to storing patients' records as
electronic records, connecting patients with
doctors/surgeons, keeping real-time track of the activities,
monitoring the drug supply chain, streamlining the pharma,
and more.
Aligning Offerings with the Latest Technologies
The healthcare industry is one of the significant sectors that
got disrupted majorly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The
entire world faced a lot of struggles to send and receive
medicines, essentials, and other things. To prevent this in
the future and create a better healthcare supply chain
system, Blockchain Firm might consider analyzing the
existing models that deal with healthcare and the potential
implications of technologies.
Further, while speaking of the latest technological
advancements, Salman asserted,"Introducing blockchain
technology to the healthcare industry is the best and most
modernistic solution we can do to achieve transparency,
traceability, security, and operational excellence."
Post-pandemic Era
There have been various advancements in the healthcare
industry post the COVID-19 pandemic. Many healthcare
companies have already begun to digitize their services and
secure their records efficiently. It could be much better if
blockchain technology is integrated into their systems.
As said earlier by Salman, "To make the future ours, our
idea is to create a healthcare ecosystem that connects
patients, hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, labs, and other
healthcare participants."
An Advice to Remember
Salman believes that the chase to bring a positive change is
crucial for the new generation. The youth should deeply
ponder on changing the formulaic concepts and work on
building a broader perspective of the invention.
The audacity to choose unfamiliar roads and having the fire
to chase their dreams should be the mantra for youth. As the
younger generation strives to achieve more, they should
leverage this awareness to become strong and perfect
decision-makers.
Futuristic Approach
Salman asserts, "We are stepping into the most advanced
concept to date - Metaverse, this year. We already have a
community of more than 200 members traversing across
multiple locations, which is set to double within a year."
Furthermore, the company is also indulging in a continuous
process of experimenting with advanced technologies this
year.
The company has a
collective suite of blockchain
services tailor-made and
delivered for enterprises and
organizations according to
their business requirements.

SHOULD BE" not "WHAT IT IS". At least we can make
sure of what it should be to understand the new evolution of
the internet.
Web 3 as I would say is simply onboarding every single
human sector of life endeavours to the blockchain. Now
let me explain in more tiny terms; just as we have the
financial sector as Cryptocurrencies built on the
Blockchain.
We should be able to have the Healthcare sector, Elections
Votes, military, Education, Entertainment, Fashion and
lifestyle, Agriculture, and so on; on the Blockchain.
Now I understand your brain is asking how and you're
amazed. That should be What the Web3 Evolution entail.
No stop there
You are thinking, does it mean if you are sick you go to the
metaverse to go treat yourself when it's your physical body
that is feeling sick? I have gotten questions like this on
numerous occasions, and I advise you to, please get away
from those technical illusions!

30. Let's talk about what the Blockchain is first
It's simply a digital ledger technology where records are
stored. Just like in the olden days, Bankers would record
their financial transactions in a ledger booklet, then hide
them in a safe or presumably secure place, which is only
accessible to a privileged few. On the other hand,
Blockchain is for the public, managed by the public, and
benefits the public. It is a simple yet complex system of
recording information that makes it difficult or impossible
to change, manipulate, hack, or cheat the system or anyone
using the Blockchain system. A blockchain is basically a
digital ledger where transactions are recorded. Those
transaction records are then duplicated and distributed
across the entire global network of computer systems,
connected on the blockchain network.
Now you are asking why blockchain in healthcare? Why
not use our computers to store the health care data such as
we do with traditional recording in Excel Sheet, Word files
and PDFs in the hospital computer, limited within the
internal storage system or hard drives?
What makes blockchain most effective is the inherent
positive characteristics over other means of record keeping.
Blockchain is a distributed Ledger: it can be accessed
anywhere no matter where the initial place of record entry
was. So, nothing compares the traditional record keeping
with a decentralized, secure modern healthcare record
keeping technology, that is very efficient, transparent, and
affordable.
Blockchain In Healthcare Use Case: HEALTH GO HQ
founded by Divinegift Afolabi, a global portal for general
healthcare assistance and health record-keeping leveraging
blockchain technology. The project is built on the
Blockchain technology to proffer solutions for the
healthcare industry; it offers healthcare adherence solutions
for all sectors of individuals and corporate bodies by
offering HMO using blockchain technology and solutions.
They provide incentives to users for being healthy and also
help health care giver find easy-to-use health care products
for their patients.
So, imagine you "Japa" (traveled without me) abroad and
they are asking for your medical records and you sadly
forgot them in your motherland. The possibilities of getting
that information are stressful and ambiguous because the
record is only confined to the hospital computer to which it
was ordered. With Blockchain the records are distributed
and can be accessed anywhere with the proper public
address (in this sense your medical id) your records can be
added and updated and saved on the blockchain and
accessed by any doctor regardless of your location.
Benefits of Keeping Your Healthcare Records on
Blockchain:
Ÿ Blockchain is Decentralized; Your medical records
aren't in the control of just one hospital and the
conspiracy of lab rat testing can be fished out since all
information recorded can be seen by anyone. No one is
in control; you can have access to your health records at
any time.
Ÿ Blockchain has high Storage Capacity and is Secured
(records are hard to hack and tampered on).
Ÿ Decision making is improved, timely and best of it; as
blockchain allows more than one doctors from different
location to have access, and view the same data in real
time.
Ÿ Speeds up medical credentialing.
Blockchain in healthcare is about building a better solution
on a decentralized, not censored but Consensus Governed
distributed ledger. Blockchain application helps improve
the accuracy in medical record keeping, accessibility, and
real time protection, hence it deters and identifies any form
of mistakes and even dangerous malpractices in the medical
field. Blockchain plays a vital and decisive role in handling
deception in clinical trials and assures the patients of better,
and transparent healthcare outcomes.
You can agree with me that, improved security of healthcare
information, and consent-driven healthcare data
management is a sure way to improve the trust of the
patients in the global healthcare system, that results in
overall tremendous growth of the healthcare industry,
financially, workforce, investment and quality of delivery.
I could go on with the application of the underlying
application of Blockchain to the Healthcare Sector.
Blockchain is beyond Cryptocurrency. It is more! So much
more!!

SupplyChain
Management
SolutioninHealthcare
One of the most prominent industries playing a significant
Orole in people’s lives is Healthcare. It also helps in
determining the development level of the country. The
healthcare industry can both help people survive illnesses and
generate revenue for a country by attracting healthcare tourism.
Despite the fact that healthcare is one of the most significant
sources of pollutant materials for the environment, recycling such
materials necessitates large budgets and one-of-a-kind processes.
However, providing materials for hospitals and healthcare facilities
is critical. The failure to deliver critical materials and facilities to
these centers results in multiple deaths. As a result, implementing
supply chain management (SCM) in a safe environment while
making a reasonable profit is a difficult task.
The network of the healthcare supply chain is vast. It has multiple
networks of systems, components and processes that work together
to ensure that medicines and other healthcare supplies are
manufactured, distributed and delivered to patients. This complex
global system is designed with numerous safeguards in place to
ensure that medications and other medical supplies are
manufactured and delivered on time, even in the face of pandemics
or natural disasters. The ability of the supply chain to predict, plan
and react to potential disruptions in one or more links of the chain
via a diverse pre-established global network is the most important
of these safeguards.
Resilient Supply Chain Management
The pandemic has already resulted in the global healthcare supply
chain being restructured, including the implementation of new
systems such as digital track-and-trace. For healthcare supply

34. chains to remain resilient, increased digitalization must
continue to evolve across all healthcare settings,
particularly as pandemic events become more likely as
globalization increases.
Following the pandemic, we will almost certainly see an
increase in the digitalization of inventory management and
requisitioning. With digital inventory management and
requisition systems, hospitals can easily locate stock,
monitor transit conditions and connect inventory to an
automated database for routine replenishment, reporting
and invoicing — all with minimal human intervention.
Sustainable Supply Chain
The term "supply chain sustainability" refers to companies'
efforts to consider the environmental and human impact of
their product's journey through the supply chain, from raw
material sourcing to production, storage, delivery, and every
transportation link in between. The goal is to reduce the
environmental damage caused by factors such as energy
consumption, water consumption and waste generation
while having a positive impact on the people and
communities in and around their operations. These concerns
are in addition to the traditional revenue and profit concerns
of corporate supply chains.
While traditional supply chain management focuses on
operational speed, cost and reliability, sustainable supply
chain management incorporates the goals of environmental
and societal values. This includes dealing with global issues
like climate change, water security, deforestation, human
rights, fair labor practices, and corruption.
The significance of sustainability in supply chain
management goes beyond simply being environmentally
conscious as a business. Because the supply chain accounts
for the majority of a company's environmental impact,
developing a sustainable supply chain strategy is critical.
Businesses can then implement more impactful, positive
changes to their environmental footprint by developing
sustainable supply chains.
Using environmentally conscious and eco-conscious
methods of operation in all aspects of your business benefits
the planet improves your reputation, and lowers costs.
Financial Sustainability- Because financial sustainability
is linked to longevity, a company with a sustainable supply
chain should be able to provide a satisfying income to all of
its stakeholders, including owners, investors, and
employees.
Environmental Sustainability- A sustainable supply chain
emits as few greenhouse gases as possible. Scope 3
emissions (GHG emissions from the supply chain, use, and
disposal) account for the vast majority of GHG emissions
for consumer goods companies, accounting for more than
80% of total GHG emissions (see Figure 2). Because the
global population and GDP are both growing, so is total
consumption. As a result, sustainable supply chains are an
effective tool for lowering our carbon footprint.
Social Sustainability-Human rights are respected
throughout the value chain of a sustainable supply chain. A
responsible company collaborates with businesses that do
not use child or forced labor. Regardless of the
humanitarian implications, a supply chain that is
unconcerned about social sustainability may result in brand
image distortions. For example, it was revealed last year
that Starbucks' coffee bean suppliers recruited children
under the age of 13 to cut costs.
Closing Thoughts
Companies all over the world have taken steps to reduce
carbon emissions, reduce waste and improve labor
conditions. They monitor multifaceted programs that, for
example, prioritize renewable energy, recycle products and
materials, or encourage greater social responsibility among
suppliers by tracking sustainability metrics in supply chain
management (SCM) systems.
In the coming years, supply chain sustainability will be
driven by innovation. The circular economy and data-driven
supply chains are two trends that will keep the momentum
going in this area.
A circular economy seeks to eliminate pollution and waste
from products and systems such as supply chains. Products
in this system are designed to have a low environmental
impact, last longer, and be easily disassembled and remade
or transformed for reuse.

36. Language and literature are one of the oldest
institutions in the world, ever-changing in their
structure as well as in forms and platforms; love for
literature has only increased with age. And this increased
the impact on society, changed the perspectives and created
art without limitations. Through constant change, writing
was something that has kept on inspiring generations.
Being a writer is a dream of many, but being a good writer
is possible for few. The way to excellence passes through
content, and content is always crowned with the throne of
the king. Having engaging content with an equally
engaging writing style puts the crown on this king's head.
With the world at your fingertips and publishing being
easier, the majority of content published today is on online
platforms. This has led to increasing interest in the writing
field, and hence a desire to learn more about writing which
in return led to the huge creation of opportunities in the
field for writers, entrepreneurs and coaches.
Among a few successful entrepreneurs, generating around
2000 leads in the past four years, Chinedu Junior
Ihekwoaba, is a poet, blogger and an amazing coach to
leverage talent on social media platforms.
With the opportunity to interview Chinedu, we got insights
into his career.
Below are the highlights of the interview:
Please share your leadership journey in the content
creation space.
It all started as far back as 2000. I have a flair for writing.
Music inspired my love for writing. Hip hop precisely. Jay-
Z, Eminem, Nas, Tupac, and co. These guys made me fall
in love with wordplay. I love the rhymes in their rap. So, I
said to myself, I can use wordplay for my content. Like,
write in poetry format. So, my journey in writing started
from there.
What was the inspiration that prompted you to start
with content creation and content marketing?
Unemployment. I attended over twenty interviews in two
years. They were all futile. Ben Ramedani saw my content
on LinkedIn and said, "Hey, man! You are too good. You
should not be unemployed. You should be making money
with your writing. And I took his words hook, line and
sinker. So, I got on Udemy and Alison to learn content
creation.

37. Initiating your career as a content writer, what were the
challenges you faced, and enlist us the professional
hacks that helped you become the grand success that
you are today?
My color and country were my greatest challenges. I was
never rated even by my country's people. They hardly want
to hire me until BAMF Media gave me an opportunity. So
here is what I tell anyone trying to get into the content
creation niche: believe in yourself. Be open to rejection.
Love yourself first. Love your craft. Do it for love and
money will come. I have always loved writing even before
the money.
Share your experience of BAMF.co, and what were the
learnings that made you ramp up your growth curve?
BAMF Media gave me exposure. I worked with top clients.
I mean CEOs of multimillion companies in America
[Russell Brunson, Billy Gene, Prince EA, etc.]. This made
me see myself as a special content creator. It boosted my
self-confidence. So, I can say BAMF made me.
As a successful leader in the social media space, please
share your thoughts on the future of social media
provided with the development of Metaverse, which is
grabbing the global spotlight.
I really can't say much about that. But I know social media
will keep evolving. But I think Metaverse is the future.
Please share your opinion about the marketing and
advertising industry for the budding entrepreneur
It is highly competitive. You can't survive alone. Network
with people. Learn every day. Learn from your failures.
Acquire new skills and tools. Be flexible with your service

Please brief us about your journey in the industry and
how you have made the company excel in its niche
market.
My supply chain journey started 27 years ago outside of
healthcare with companies such as Walmart, Hewlett-
Packard and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Early in my supply
chain career, my mother was a patient in the hospital for an
extended period of time and unfortunately didn’t have the
supplies she needed for care.
It was a turning point in my life.
Since that time, I have been driven to use my supply chain
knowledge for the purpose of improved care for patients. It
is my passion to improve the healthcare supply chain to
provide products and services at the right time, the right
place, the right quantity, and the right price.
After spending two years in the Operating Room Supply
Chain Department and thriving on continual improvement, I
knew I could make the greatest impact in the healthcare
supply chain via consulting and services. In my 21 years of
providing healthcare supply chain services, I have seen
more than 800+ different healthcare supply chains - the
good, the bad and the ugly.
Leveraging my leadership and supply chain successes, I had
the opportunity to join RDA in 2018 as the COO and
transition into the CEO role in 2021. RDA’s services and
strategic alliances have expanded over the past two years,
and we are continuing to grow as a company. Our two
newest services include:

resources on an “as-needed” basis for organizations.
• RDA Healthcare Supply Chain Academy: In 2023,
RDA will launch our new RDA Healthcare Supply
Chain Academy where we will offer online training
courses to organizations and individuals that are new
to healthcare supply chain industry or a new to a role
in healthcare supply chain.
What is your opinion on the necessity for healthcare
supply chain management companies to align their
offerings with the latest technological advances,
especially when it comes to catering to ever-evolving
healthcare needs?
Businesses and individuals must continually improve to
advance the company and themselves. Staying abreast of
the market, technological advances, industry developments,
and clients’ needs is part of the framework for success.
When a company “stands still”, there is no forward
movement. No forward movement results in other
companies innovating and advancing as your company is
“standing still”. New challenges, new inventions and new
developments equal new opportunities.
There are many aspects of the healthcare supply chain that
are very different today than even a year ago. UDI
capabilities are being refined daily which will provide a
whole new level of visibility and information that was not
previously available.
The trend of homecare (vs. acute care) and virtual home
therapies is on the rise which will require a supply chain to
support its needs (e.g., individual orders and at-home
deliveries). As the needs of our healthcare industry evolve,
healthcare supply chain management companies must
create, adapt, and advance technologies, infrastructure, and
processes to support it.
As an established leader, what would be your advice to
the budding entrepreneurs and enthusiasts aspiring to
venture into the healthcare supply chain management
business?
For those entrepreneurs considering a business in healthcare
supply chain management, there are a few critical success
factors to consider before entering:
Know the industry: If you don’t know about the healthcare
industry, find existing healthcare supply chain leaders that
you can learn from and/or engage as an advisor.
Know the need and make sure your product or service
meets the need, at the right time and the right price:
Because healthcare is so complex, many believe it can be
simplified. Test your concept/idea with those who are
familiar with the healthcare buying process and/or investors
in the healthcare supply chain space.
Even if your product or service is transformational and you
know there is a need, the benefit and value to the healthcare
organization must be clear, concise, and easy to understand.
Evaluate and consider all the benefits/value your product or
service will bring to your clients. Healthcare organizations
value price, but some organizations place equal value (and
sometimes more) on the impact to quality and outcomes.
Expect a long and slow sales cycle.
How do you envision scaling your company’s services in
2022 and beyond?
RDA plans to grow our business by over 25 percent next
year. To do this, we plan to have a continued focus on our
clients, our relationships, our strategic alliances and our
core competency of healthcare supply chain services.
Our business is 100% referral and to get more referrals we
plan to continue focusing on documenting and sharing our
successes. In addition, we have spent years establishing
individual relationships and strategic alliance relationships.
Focusing on those key relationships will enable us to foster
new growth internally and externally.
Lastly, but definitely not least, we plan to focus on our
clients. Our clients serve patients. When we serve our
clients, we are improving healthcare and are indirectly
making a difference in patients’ lives.
