2. Use of a blog site for our course work benefited us in many
ways. It is easier to access it as it is available online from
anywhere and any time. It makes it easier to present it to our
teacher task by task. However the use of Blogger is easier
than the blog site we used at the first place, there are still
some difficulties for example it is hard to place the pictures
on the right position and there isn’t too many options to
change the front. To make the blog look better we started to
use more interactive programs such as Prezzi, Worlde,
Scribd, Slideshare and Video sharing websites. These
websites helped us a lot in making the blog more enjoyable
for the reader.

3. Prezzi
Prezzi is an online representation site which allows the
user to create a representation including pictures, videos
and soundtracks. This is my favorite interactive
technique I used because there is plenty of options to
make it look interesting in many different ways with
loads of different themes and colours. However it takes
long to make it once you have experience it isn’t difficult
to use.
4. Scribd and Slideshare
Scribd and Slideshare were also very for my coursework. I am
trying to use as many interactive media product as possible to
make our representation more interesting. These two websites
allows the user to share Word and PowerPoint documents.
After sharing them all I have to do is embed it to my blog.
These documents are interactive media products and they
making the representation of my blog look much better and
more enjoyable. These websites doesn’t require experience as
long as you are able to use Word and PowerPoint on point you
know everything you need.
5. In the filming process we used a Nikon digital camera to film.
With this camera we have been able to record high quality shots
which helped to make the mise-en-scene perfect. However for
the recording in Spain we used a smaller digital Nikon camera
we were scared if the shots might look different on the screen as
they were recorded with different cameras, at the end we
changed the quality of the scenes and it perfectly fitted into the
rest of the video.

6. To edit the preliminary task, animatic and focus group research
video I used the programs iMovie and After Effect. It was quick
and easy to use them as they are very basic video editor
programs. There isn’t many options and effects but I only used
them to cut and edit the videos. To edit the final product I used
Final Cut Pro on the Apple mac computer at the media
department in my school. I didn’t find the use of it too difficult
as I had experience from last year. We used it to edit our horror
film opening as well. I still found more effects and learned new
techniques that helped me in the editing process for example I
learned how to make slow emotion and how to cut to the beat.
Programs
7. I used my phone to take pictures of locations, filming process and picture
for my digipack and digipack advert. To make the actual digipack and
digipack advert we used Photoshop to manipulate the picture in many
different ways. We changed the colours of the picture and included
writing with special interesting front. We also added pictures at the top of
the main picture for example the logo and barcodes. We positioned it
carefully following our plans that we gained using our researches. I also
had an experience in the use of Photoshop from last year. Compare to the
struggle it was to make a magazine cover it flowed easily this time. The
advert came out to be very good as it includes every information it needs
and it also matches the conventions. I think it would sell our CD.
In addition there are websites that also helped me a lot in my work such
as google which help incredibly much in my researches; YouTube that
allowed us to share our video to the public and get feedback from the
audience.
Other use of technology included in our production.
