1. How did you use new media technologies in the construction ,planning , research and evaluation stages?

2. Unsigned.comThis was a major influence on the music we chose for our music video project. It is a very interesting site with all types of genres on it and it is very simple and easy to use.

3. GoogleGoogle was massively used during planning and making the project. It was used for things such as making our collage for ideas of costume and location , finding images which we could compare our music video from. And Looking up websites such as survey monkey etc.

4. Slide shareThis is what I used to upload this PowerPoint onto my blog. I made a normal PowerPoint on Microsoft PowerPoint and then I went to the slide share website and then uploaded my PowerPoint onto the website and then used the html code copy and pasted it onto my blog.

5. Survey monkeyThis website helped us create surveys on our digi pack and music video its self. It was a really good way to help us find our target audience as well as find out what we can improve on and what we did really well.

6. BloggerSince doing media for my A levels we have used this website always. We have a blog for our thriller work as well as out music video projects. I feel that this year I have done much better on blogger than my first year. Blogger is simple to use and you can post so much on it using a Varity of creative technologies.

7. You TubeThese images are taken from research I have done in previous posts on my blog as well as screen grabs from testing things such as the split screen we tested. We used you tube for a number of things during our project.

8. HD CAMERAS/CAMERASThese cameras were used when we were filming. Me or one of the boys would take pictures on set of the location and use shooting the music video. Also this was used when creating our music poster as we took a picture of a keyboard from the music room and then uploaded It onto the Imac.This HD camera was used to film our project and all the bloopers and test runs. Compared to the cameras we used last year they were amazing. Our picture quality was a lot better than last years work.

9. Bluetooth and BlackberryWhen creating our storyboard through planning I used Bluetooth a lot as I took pictures of the drawings on my mobile and blue toothed them to our Imac ready to upload them. Also I used my mobile to take a few pictures when we were out filming and I uploaded them also &

10. Final cut expressThis is the program we used to make our annimatic , bloopers and also we used this to edit out actually project. This was a lot better than Imovie which is the program we used last year to make our thriller. At first we all struggled to get used to it but eventually we found out how to add text onto our videos how to add more footage and how to capture footage so in the end we learnt a lot from it . The fact that it has two screens that allows you to see what is happening and what will happen is a great way for use to analyse what to so next.

11. Microsoft word/PowerPoint&I used Microsoft word to create the collage of ideas for the bands costume and location.I then used Microsoft PowerPoint to create this PowerPoint

12. ImacThis computer had been used for everything! We have done throughout this project. It can be tricky to get used to but there is so much you can do with this and the programs such as Photoshop we don’t have on normal computers in sixth form so imacs have been really useful.

13. PhotoshopWe used this program when creating our poster and didgi pack. For the poster we took a picture of a keyboard and then uploaded it and added colour to it through photo shop. We added coulour to the keyboard on purpose to emphasise the name of the band.
