I. General Description: All 205 section associates have been verbally advised that they will be assigned to an Enterprise Development Team whose primary functional mission is to:(a) creatively conceptualize and establish an Enterprise of some type, and (b)craft a body of writing centered around that enterprise. Teams are encouraged, but not required, to develop concepts that they collectively believe have a genuine chance of economic success. Teams are also encouraged, but not required, to consider establishing a charitable organization as their Enterprise Project. II. Draft documents are to be complete working drafts, not outlines or diagrams. All hardcopy draft documents will be formatted under MLA Guidelines III. Termination Policy: If it is determined that an individual team member is failing to contribute the agreed - upon draft documents or other work consistently and on time, the Team may vote for termination of that member after one written warning. Team Captains will supply copies of such warnings to me prior to issuance.
