What is Romcom?
The target audience for Romcom is mostly mid-teens
because Romcom movies are a hybrid genre mixed
between romance and comedy and this type of stuff
attracts females because nowadays it is stereotypical for
females to be attached to romantic films . Majority of men
don’t watch these films because they don’t relate to
them.
Action films are really popular. They are a film
genre which one or more hero's are challenged.

The ugly truth is aimed at men
and women because the

romance in it which they might
be able to relate to. If this films
genre was just romance it
would be more aimed at
women. The comedy side of
this film is why men are
targeted to because men like
comedy films.

simple. She's standing in a
confident way which suggest
to the audience she has a bit
more power then the man.
Her clothing and they way
she's standing is appealing to
the target audience because
women like beauty and
confidence
We know this film is going to
have romance because of the
hearts they are holding. The
comedy side of this is the boy
holding the heart near his
private this suggest to the
audience there is going to be
something funny in the movie.

3. Action films have a lot of violence
that's why they're popular because
they have fighting in them, as you can
see in the film 'The Raid' it has people
fighting which is appealing to the
target audience because men like this
type of entertainment. The person in
the front cover holding the gun also
give the audience excitement because
they know there going to be gun fights
in it. The man standing on the front
looks strong and challenging which is
appealing for the audience because
they would like to be like him and see
what he does. The person on the front
looks like he is willing to take any
challenge given to him and he is not
afraid of everyone.
The clothing of the man shows of his masculinity, by wearing something
tight shows his body which is appealing to the audience as it would push
them to be like that and also appealing because some boys would be able
to relate. Being able to relate to the target audience is really important
because it would raise more money for the film as people would like to go
and watch it to see a kind of representation of them.

target audience intrested as
men like to have power and be
in charge.
