3. The scene then goes into the kids working, some close-ups and some mid
shots, showing the student’s studying and focused. This is effective as you can
really see the focus on their faces, and by using close-ups and mid-shots it
really shows. They also use long shots to get a clear view of what it is they’re
exactly doing, it also establishes a little bit of the scene.

4. Whilst the head of art department is talking, there is a mid-shot to
get a clear view of him whilst talking, it then goes into an L-cut
showing the students doing what he’s actually saying, and
showing them. smiling and laughing, it shows that they’re
enjoying what It is they’re doing and showing they’re engaged
with the learning.

shot of the school, establishing the scene and its
assets on the outside, this is effective as it helps
orient the audience.
