Size of device and strap 0.5” to 1”
Fabrication cost < 10$
Materials polymers
Fasteners mechanical or adhesive material
Useful life 2 years
Bearable things water, shear loads
Now we will full fil the requirements of this project.
Firstly we write the three important jobs which considered as focal jobs
1-Jobs statements:
Statement 1: create the better fastening clasp
Statement 2: making the wrist strap according to the conditions
Statement 3: delivering the product into market for sale
Now we create table for each job statement

Company innovation :
Making of wrist strap with minimum
Price.
We gather the information for
making product in which polymer is
best material for handling and price
is low.
We create a team for making the
product and give a friendly
environment as every person only
focus on work.
Every member in team has its
importance. So we verify the
participation of every one to avoid
complication.
Now, we carry the work and try
making better design which will help
customers and company profits will
also increase.
We monitor every person working
and his methodology which is useful
for the project.
We make alteration 2, 3 times to
make it better and better.
Product designing is completed. And
it will help a lot to customers

7-Product development:
As we have five outcomes
So if we added up outcome 2, 4 and 3 then they become 62.5% of all the total
outcomes. So, we will choose these outcomes for generating the concepts for
product development opportunities.
Concept 1: to make a wrist strap which is less than 8$.
Concept 2: to make a wrist strap to feel easy to wear.
Concept 3: to make a wrist strap to look fascinating.
Stages in new product development:
 Concept 1:
 We have generated a idea that most people want wrist strap for less price.
So, we are going to do something feasible.
 Then, we think that it is suitable for customers and will majority of
customers want low price wrist strap for their use.
 We share our thoughts to people to know that idea make attention to
people. we get well respond from the people
 So, we calculate the budget for making it and delivering to the market for
sale.
 Then, we check that product which we are making will give profit to us or
not? It looks difficult to make it in low price but not impossible.
 Then, we place the product in different markets for checking its sale and
how it works to attract people. It responds well.
 Then, we advertises the product which is necessary to increase the sale and
increase the profit
 Concept 2:
 The other idea is to make wrist strap which is easy to wear on hand and
people feel comfortable.
 As majority of people use better strip quality to easily handle it and but its
price will be high as best material will be used to make it
 And most of the people think it is better but price can become issue for the
product.
 Then, we estimate our budget and decide to do it first as a prototype to
gain customers attention.
 It is also necessary to earn profit in the product. So, if people buy that
product, we can earn more money easily.
 Then, we place the product in different shops as people buy our product.
People like it.
 Then, we started the promotion of the product to increase the sale which is
necessary.
 Concept 3:
 In modern days, look of the product must be fascinating which will help a
lot in many ways
 Especially girls want products which are more attracting and looking
fabulous. So tricks will be used for making attracting wrist strap.
 Many people agree on our concept but issue is that most girls want
fascinating strap but not boys.
 Then, we estimate the budget for making wrist strap and distributing to
market.
 The profit is always a necessary thing to do the business. So , we also think
about it to use better options.
 Then, we send the product to different markets to get the views of people
about it. People opinions are good but majority of girls buy it not boys.
 Then, we started the promotion of the product to earn profit.
