I have chosen these names as
starting ideas for what to call my
magazine as all of the names include
the word pop which will immediately
inform the reader of the genre of
magazine it is just by the magazine
name.

4. The pop genre is generally quite a popular music
genre as it has music that appeals to a wide
target audience. Pop music is played widely on
the radio and on television therefore it is heard
by many people even if this is not their
preferred choice of music genre. Pop artists are
usually well known by many people as they are
often in the public eye this will mean that pop
music magazines are likely to be brought
regularly.
5. I think that the interview articles are an interesting type of feature
to have in a pop magazine. Having the article in an interview
format will be an interesting read for the reader as this will allow
them to find out about how the artist respond to certain questions
they are asked. This also allows the reader to feel as if what they
are reading has come directly from the artist themselves which
makes it more interesting and appealing to the target audience.
6. This type of article is appealing to the reader as the image
is that main feature on this page. There is only a small
amount of text around the image which is appropriate for
the target audience as the would most likely not be
interested in reading huge amounts of text.
