 MAKE NOTES on all the ideas!!!!
As a Marketing Manager for your IT company write an e-mail to the company’s
CEO informing him/her on the key ideas which came out of the brainstorming
session you attended with your department members yesterday.
Your e-mail should include:
• Proper salutation (Dear Sir; Dear Madam; Dear Mr Smith etc.)
• Telling the CEO why you are writing
• Stating the two or three key ideas in separate paragraphs
• Indicating which idea(s) you favour and why
• Positive ending remark (e.g. I am looking forward to receiving your reply)
• Proper closing (Yours faithfully; Yours sincerely; Best regards etc.)

That’s the best idea I’ve heard for a long time. That’s an excellent suggestion. We should definitely do some of that. Excellent! Absolutely! Exactly!
