Information and communication
technologies (ICT) is defined as a
diverse set of technological tools
and resources used to transmit,
store, create, share or exchange
information

includes any communication
device or application,
encompassing: radio, television,
smartphone, computer and
network hardwork and software,
satellite system and so on, as
well as the verious service and
applications associated with
them, such as
videoconferencing and distance.
