MEMO:

As you know, we have been working to improve the culture of our school by giving
specific direction and concentrating on giving more positive feedback statements. We
have discussed this multiple times in professional development sessions. In addition, I
have given individual feedback on this on several occasions. Finally, I have modeled this
for several teachers to be very clear on how I want this to look at the classroom level.

We will now be moving to complete implementation of these models ongoing. I will be
visiting your classrooms several times over the week to record your use of strong
directions and positive feedback. I will be happy to share this data with you in writing
before I leave the classroom each time. At the end of the week, I will be compiling this
data and publishing it for the staff, so that we can share the strategies of those who are
able to implement these consistently and to hold ourselves accountable.

Thanks for all your efforts in transforming our school culture into one firmly conducive
to extensive learning.

  • 3. MEMO: As you know, we have been working to improve the culture of our school by giving specific direction and concentrating on giving more positive feedback statements. We have discussed this multiple times in professional development sessions. In addition, I have given individual feedback on this on several occasions. Finally, I have modeled this for several teachers to be very clear on how I want this to look at the classroom level. We will now be moving to complete implementation of these models ongoing. I will be visiting your classrooms several times over the week to record your use of strong directions and positive feedback. I will be happy to share this data with you in writing before I leave the classroom each time. At the end of the week, I will be compiling this data and publishing it for the staff, so that we can share the strategies of those who are able to implement these consistently and to hold ourselves accountable.
