We will outline attainable goals and in 5 short weeks, we will work in tandem through a program that will have you feeling accomplished, confident and ready to take on your next challenge… whether that’s slipping into a new dress or taking on stage 2 of your progress! Enrollment is limited to 10 participants for $14 per session. Total for 4 weeks = $112 per person Included in enrollment: • 8 1-hour sessions in team setting with certified personal trainer • nutrition support • measurements/assessment on first day of program and last day of program • 1 month gym membership • personal program to use on days not in session

1. When: Every Tuesday & Thursday – choice of morning session (9:30 – 10:30 a.m.) or evening
session (7 – 8 p.m.)
