3. S- I will complete a shorter distance endurance
event like a 5K or sprint triathlon in six to eight
months
M- I am going to continue a program of endurance
training.
A- This is something I can do because I already
have a vigorous exercise program, but I want to
improve my endurance and strength.
R- This is realistic because there are many
endurance events around where I live.
T- I will do this by the end of next semester.
4. The reason that I chose this goal is that I recently
lost almost 50 pounds, and I want to build up my
strength and endurance. I can’t lose anymore
weight because it would be unhealthy, but I don’t
want to stop having goals because I love having
something to work for.
5. I will be creating a journal where everyday I record
the exercises I do, and hopefully end up making a
very specific training program so that my body has
all different kinds of work outs and not just the
same ones over and over.
