2. Introduction Imagine helping someone by giving them a long, healthy and enjoyable life. Giving them a life that when they look in the mirror, they are happy with what they see. They don’t have to worry about being made fun of or health problems they had to deal with because of their heaviness. This is what my career will involve. Many people don’t realize what being a personal trainer involves, it involves working with people with varying personalities and injuries. I got interested in this career because I love to work out. I see all the shows such as The Biggest Loser and I Used to be Fat, and in my perspective it would be so fun to change someone’s life, to make their life long and healthy. In order to get a better understanding of this career field I will be researching how to lose weight and strengthen certain parts of your body such as your arms and legs. Hopefully this research will strengthen my overall decision in becoming a personal trainer.
