portrait. The poster was a
rough draft just to see if our
final image worked.
The poster doesn’t tell viewers
what time, day or channel the
programme is on.
It also fails to mention
important social media sites.
Including these features on a
poster is vital because
everyone uses social media
on a daily basis and it is an
easy and effective way of
learning more about the show.
4. Initially, we really wanted to keep the LEAVERS font on our poster
however I felt that it didn’t work.
Despite containing key features such as ways to get yourself involved
via social media platforms the poster still fails to mention where and
when you can watch the programme.
The masthead makes everything look way too cramped here.
5. Our final poster works really well. We included how to get in touch
through social media and the time, day and channel the soap will
be broadcast on.
By removing the masthead and just having the E4 logo the poster
looks a lot more authentic.
