One day Helpdesk turned up. ‘Good to see you still here’, she said, with a toothy grin.
‘Yes’, replied Mop, ‘but I don’t know how much longer I can last. Nobody ever comes.’
‘Maybe we should be able to write for our own satisfaction alone. But it would be so much more
worthwhile with an audience’, Mip complained. ‘How can I write TBTCTW (the blog that changed
the world) with no interaction?’
4. ‘Well’, the harridan answered. ‘How are people going to find your blog?
Have you checked that the search engines are finding your stuff? And what
if someone does stumble upon your blog, how do they find out what’s
here?.
Mip and Mop looked at each other blankly. They had assumed that search
engines magically did all the work.
