The document discusses the University of Sheffield Enterprise Academy (USEA) and its efforts to promote enterprise education. It initially assumed faculty lacked recognition, training, and networks for enterprise work. However, focus groups found faculty primarily cared about teaching, not recognition. USEA then shifted to providing opportunities like events, grants, individual support, and partnerships to help faculty develop enterprise curriculum. This engaged over 145 faculty members and supported the redesign of courses. While making progress, USEA still faces challenges engaging busy, skeptical or unaware faculty. It is using customer focus and user journey methods to improve engagement.
