The Professional Certificate is based on the curriculum shared by
Strategic Hotels Pvt Ltd The Strategic course program needs to carried
out in partnership with the FBSTI Switzerland. These materials have been
produced to be taught combining theoretical lessons with an on-the-
job training. All courses have been designed to enable disadvantaged
persons without previous experience in the hospitality sector to have

The Professional Certificate is focused on developing the necessary skills
to perform three selected occupations, namely food and beverage, F&B
service and basic housekeeping. In addition, students are also taught basic
