Empires have expired or 2300 years later. Then the
sanctuary is to be cleansed
 This would be after Pagan Roman Empire that fell in 476
A.D. and the Papal Roman Empire fell in 1798.
 Once again, this would be at a time when there is no
worldly Sanctuary.
 The only Sanctuary at that time was the heavenly.

sacrifice, the Holy Place was the place of intercession.
Only the priests, symbolising Christ, could enter the Holy
Place to approach God. The holy place is usually referred to
as the first apartment of the sanctuary.

abomination is set up. The word “they” indicates two powers
working together to take away the daily. (political and religious)
 The date was 508 when the Arian Christian element gave in to
the dominant Catholic power and the Papal priesthood was set
up with the confessional box. This took the place of Jesus
forgiving sin in heaven.
 The Catholic Priesthood is “the abomination of
desolation” and it took away the daily (continual) intercessory
work of Jesus in the heavenly sanctuary. This is how the
Sanctuary was trodden under foot.

year Prophecy
