Israel is the “fig” tree referenced in Matt. 24:32-35, and Israel has become a mature fig tree in our generation, but it has not had the first blossom, which will occur when tribulation begins and the 144,000 Jewish evangelists come to the stage.

Men of this day similar to those before the days of Noah “lovers of themselves and lovers of money” (2 Tim 3:1-5).

5. Whatever the age, we are indeed living in a time of one of the greatest deceptions in the history of The Church Age. If we are indeed in the “last days”, what we believe on the issue of the rapture of The Church and the end times prophecies is one of the most important doctrines of our times, following the the pillars of repentance, faith in Christ Jesus, baptism and the call to evangelize. Such deception will feed into the “great falling away” that will occur from within The Church in the last days. As Romans 13:11 states “And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed” There is, however, much persecution and suffering to be endured before Christ’s return for The Church.

7. Fallacy #1 The Church will not experience the The Tribulation . 1 Thessalonians 5:9 states, “For God does not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” This verse is focuses on the wrath of Hell and Gehenna and not wrath in general.

8. Truth #1 The Church will experience The Tribulation . Matt. 24:29-31, Lk. 21:25-28, 2 Thess. 2:1-3 1 Cor. 15:51-52, Rev. 10:7, 1 Thess. 4:15-18.

17. Fallacy #3 The pre-tribulation rapture has been accepted as doctrine by most believers throughout the centuries.

18. Truth #3 Anglican minister John Darby in 1870’s was the first to introduce the pre-tribulation rapture. Darby doctrine in Scofield’s Bible study notes accepted by seminary students, though initially rejected as heresy by all seminaries.

19. Truth#3 con’t Martin Luther, Charles Spurgeon, Jonathan Edwards, John Wesley, William Tyndale, and George Whitefield had a different doctrine on the rapture. Barnabus, Clement, Justin Martyr and the ancients all had similar and opposing views. Council of Nicea 325 A.D. Thread through orthodox church history of a rapture near the end of tribulation. 20. Fallacy #4 The church is silent in Revelation chapters 4-19 because the rapture has occurred. Rev. 4:3 John is told “Come up here” is when the rapture takes place. Similar terminology to “come” for visions to be revealed are seen in Rev. 17:1, 21:9 and 22:17.

Truth #4 The 7 Churches are indeed mentioned specifically by name in Rev. 2:1-3:22, but thereafter The Church is addressed collectively as “saints”, “great multitude”, “rest of her offspring and in symbolism. Rev. 7:9+13, 9:4, 11:15-18, 12:17, 13:7+9-10, 14:12, 15:2, 17:6, and 19:11-17 believers addressed as one body, as redundant to mention individually.

38. Is America Prepared? 90% or more believe the pre-tribulation rapture. 200-year paradigm free of persecution. Resulting church compromise. Measure any parameter of immorality and the professing Christian is shamed. Many counterfeit Christians ready for the “great falling away” after persecution.

42. Most of the elect in American are deceived about rapture of the church and “end times”. The deception is not surprising considering only 16% read their Bibles daily, 5% have a biblical world view, 26-41% attended church last week, and divorce rates of “born again” Christians 4% higher(Gallop/Barna). Most in America have a superficial Christianity that is not associated with repentance and Lordship of Jesus Christ-as evident in morality studies; atheists are even more moral.

43. What should we do? Repent, which means to turn away from our idols in the pursuit of pleasures/materialism. Show your faith in actions of morality and gifts of the Spirit (love,joy,peace,ect). Study God’s Word daily, pray continuously. Witness more, as time is short. Give more to charity as the tribulation saints will have their possessions confiscated anyway.

Matt. 10:22-24, “when they persecute you from one place flee to another” Rev. 18:4, “Come out of her my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues”. 48. Are we prepared to Flee? Jesus said in Luke 12:35, be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning”. Parable of 10 virgins in Matt. 25:6 all had oil in their lamps, but only 5 had enough. Are your minds prepared for action and do you have the endurance and provisions to survive the tribulation as victors?

49. Most Tribulation Saints Survive The “great multitude” who “come out of the great tribulation” as Rev. 7. No martyrs. Those who are prepared will be blessed doubly (see Rev. 1:3) by knowing the truths about the rapture and end times. Not prepared more likely-compromise and loose eternal reward and endure more hardships in the last days.

52. My Goal To be the “wise” quoted in Dan. 11:33. To be willing to die for the faith, if called to do so, but to prepare my family otherwise. NO COMPROMISE. Sold out for Christ! I’d rather die knowing that it was my choice through God’s direction, versus ignorant and unprepared, having no other choice but to take “the mark” or be martyred.
