The Senior Marketing Manager, Channels & Strategic Accounts is responsible for successfully planning
and managing highly effective marketing programs targeting existing strategic accounts within the
Global 500 segment and the development of partner marketing programs for ON24’s resellers, which
includes a couple of the world’s largest software and communications companies.
The successful candidate will lead the next stage in the development and execution of a global account
marketing and channel marketing program and work very closely with ON24’s strategic sales and
channel sales organizations.
The ideal candidate must have experience in marketing to large enterprises, developing partner sales-
enablement programs and be able to consistently deliver results. This role is best suited for a high
achiever with proven ability to contribute individually as well as part of a results focused team
This position reports to the CMO in our San Francisco California headquarters.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the execution of high-impact marketing programs that strengthens ON24’s
position within existing strategic accounts.
Working closely with the strategic sales team with the creation of customized sales tools and
presentations
Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of content such as research reports
and best practices documentation which effectively educate the market on the advantages of
using ON24’ products.
Develop online marketing tools such as extranets and partner section on website
Repackage existing sales and marketing tools so they can be effectively used by partners
Work with the channels teams on identifying new channel segments and develop specific
product packages for this
Development of marketing programs including events targeting channel partners
Evolve the marketing dashboard of key performance metrics and return on investment.
Desired Skills & Profile
8 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years focused on B2B.
2. Experienced online marketer with knowledge of current trends, media and tools.
Possess a clear picture of success, and a track record of high impact in fast growth businesses.
Experience using CRM solutions to capture, track and report on leads
Organized project management and time management skills with attention to detail.
Experienced in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, ground level feedback
from Sales and understanding of the business.
Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
