1. My evaluation of my front cover.<br />I believe that most music magazines are rather masculine so I decided to try and make my front cover more feminime and appeal to the female audience more. The colours I used I believe did this really well , I used purples and pinks as these colour are known to be more feminem. <br />On my front cover I chose to have a band called desired as the main attraction, this is a boy band and I chose to make this the main attraction as females would be interested in a new boy band more than a girl band. I enlarged the image of this band and placed is central to emphasis importance and to catch the readers eye.<br />I chose this lay out for my front cover as it was simple , I believe if my front cover was too complicated people would be put off reading it , by my front cover being simple the reader can easily see what’s inside the magazine without having to hunt for what they want.<br />I have included a bar code , competition and the price on the front of my cover , I have done this to make the front cover seem more realistic as the majority of magazines have these features on the front page.<br />
