Dear Sir,
I have the honor to state that I’m an employee of Energy+ Electric & Electronics Pvt. Ltd. My
employee ID is 3096. I’m working as an Executive under Corporate Sales & Marketing at
Energy+ Electric & Electronics Pvt. Ltd. I traveled to different places around Dhaka city and out
of the city also to represent the company in private sector as well as the public sector. I hereby
write this letter with respect to the travel allowance and daily allowance which is due from
November 2019 to March 2020 and not yet receive. On that time half of my salary were
consuming as Travel & daily allowance. I faced too much financial problem from then and now
too regarding this matter.
May I, therefore, pray and hope that please look into this matter in person to help me to solve
this problem and oblige thereby.
