Introduction
Radio and Television have the highest probability to generate both negative and positive effects, and many researchers have considered the impression created by television on society, mainly on the young people and adolescents. Given that a child’s level of development is a very important factor in defining whether the radio or television content will have negative or positive effects. However, not all television content is considered bad, but the specific programs displaying the negative effects of introduction to inappropriate sexuality, violence, and aggressive language are wanting. As a result, parents and physicians need to support continuous research based on the positive and the negative impacts of media on both kids and adolescents. According to Chrispin (2007), Science and technology make Television and its content more important in the present world. Thus, kids are exposed to every media content at an early age. Although television is sometimes an attractive thing, it grounds some problems and effects of the young generation (Chrispin, 2007).
Apart from just programs, Dafe (2010) also depicts the roles music plays in determining the society morals. The reaction of the audience depends on the music content. Art is also one of the determinants of societal morals. According to Holmes (2008), there is a variety of techniques through which art creates some immorality. Bad art is brought by bad music, violent movies, and TV shows, in the society. Parks (2007), assert that the present media do not have skills to demonstrate things right. On the contrary, Jian (2011) argues that Arts have an obligation to shape good morals in young people and the society in general.
According to Price (2008), Price clearly demonstrates well-used continuity, balance and intensity to clarify how morals could be founded on strong grounds of the society. This paper focuses on topics such as TV shows morals, the role art plays in Spreading morals among kids and adolescents and the effect of bad Art in the society today.

Literature Review
Radio, television and music are the fastest factors in influencing
the moral; so the young people. In trying to find the better
standpoint on the impact of the three, it is imperative to
understand that both negative and positive are eventual when it
comes to them. A young person develops without with freed
intelligence and anything put in it may be posted there
permanently. When young people are exposed to radio and
television, for instance, they may receive good things out of it
or negative things; it is also of great relevance to know that
matters of sexuality, violence and aggression may be learned as
a result of the technology.
Worthy Behaviors
3. (Dafe, 2010) Introduces us to the relevance of music in the life
of a child. It is of the essence to know that, music that has been
produced with Christina content is good is spreading morals in
the society. It is of the essence to know that Christina songs if
young people take their time to listen to the songs, they will
grow living the kind of life that of Jesus Christ. The gospel
songs further about virtues of life that matter in life. Further
still, some music have patriotic messaged which are meant to
teach about unity, peace and harmony.
Taking a centralized view into three arts and its importance in
the morality of the children, it is very relevant to know that,
most of the arts play a role in passing on instructional
programs. According to (Jiaz, 2011), TV and radio have
scheduled programs it that re very educatively. In the form of
reality shows, these programs are aired. In most cases, the
programs being aired are advice on marriages, the need to live
with integrity and the facts about life success.
Unworthy Behavior
To begin the disposure of the content that radio, television and
music have and play in terrible of the young people, it is of
great concern to understand that they have handled
inappropriate behavior. What is aired on TV, in most cases, if
children are taken care of, they may develop behaviors that are
not worth commenting. The reason this is happening is that,
most of the programs on our television as (Chrispin, 2007)
explains, is meant for the mature people. Unfortunately, the
parents have allowed the children the free will to watching and
enjoy what they feel like they want to watch. (Chrispin, 2007)
Further clarifies that the parent has a role to stand in to shape
the character of their children. Guiding the children on the
content of their views is of great essence.
Music plays a lot Tom offer at the same time causing a negative
impact on the character of the young person. Keenly looking
into the program aired, one will realize that the music played in
our r radios, and television is mostly meant to have the young
person to get excited. For instance, listening to Jamaican music,
4. it is majorly playing about sex and alcohol. A child growing
listening to this will be affected by character. First of all, out of
innocence, a kid may feel the suspicion to test the reason music
and sex is a famous thing. While they may be tempted to test it,
it becomes a habit that is hard to leave it (Chrispin, 2007).
Radio, television and music a plays a higher percentage in
influencing the negative character of as a young person. It is
true that a good percentage of the programs being aired stand a
long way in changing the way the kid’s behavior while they
grow. If as a young person watches a movie about war, the
aggression his mind may be translated to the real action and this
may detrimental to their growth.
Loss of Culture
Some years ago, our society valued it its culture because it
maintained morality. The culture of societies prohibited
misbehavior in young people while as they grow, the parents
handled their behaviors. The parents could take their kids under
a tree and teach them the familiar character and them role they
had in change expected of them on the life success. The
presence of radio and music has completely reduced the role of
culture in maintaining morality. Young people are at liberty to
do what they like and when they want as described by (Holmes,
2010).True enough and be told, radio and television are no
longer doing justice to the generations to come.
Health Child development
A child growing in complete exposure of radio and TV may not
be able to perform well in school because it denies the kids the
right mental and physical need to grow well. A research by
Canadian Pediatric Society has showed that the kids who grow
in the full presence of TV have low performance and unable to
compete with kids had no such disturbance. In adopting the
experimental results at a certain school, (Holmes, 2010)
recommends that kids should never watch beyond two hours.
This is a move that will help build the kids mental and cognitive
growth.
