LEFT BEHIND
EXT. OUTSIDE COLLEGE 9AM
Close up on charcter1 face, panic in face, Heavy breathing
ADAM begins to walk at a fast pace through college grounds,
HEAVILY BREATHING, fast paced music in background
ADAM is then interrupted by GRACE and EMILY
EMILY
Are you okay?
ADAM looks at them all in shock and fear
GRACE
We know it’s rough being back, we get it
EMILY
Yeah, we’ve been getting looks all morning
ADAM
Sorry um I think it just all got a bit much seeing
everything and everyone again when she's not here
GRACE
Don’t apologies we understand we miss her too
ADAM

2. Look guys I've got to go see you later though...
INT. 5 MONTHS EARLIER, GRACE’S house, in the living room,
everyone is sat round a table with drinks in their hands, music
is playing in the background and they are having a good time,
all smiling.
ADAM receives a text
ADAM
Sorry to cut the party short but I've gotta get back, where’s
ELLIE I will go say bye
GRACE
I think she went to the toilet
ADAM goes out of the room to look for LUCY, we then hear ADAM
shouting LUCY’S name in panic, other characters look concerned
and GRACE gets up to walk to the noise, ADAM then suddenly re-
enters room.
ADAM
She’s gone, I can’t find her
EMILY
I’ll call her she might have just gone home
The sound of a PHONE RINGING comes from behind the sofa,
everyone looks up in fear, GRACE gets up to check the phone
EXT. RUNNING THROUGH WOODS. Nobody is seen apart from the
surroundings. HEAVY BREATHING and LEAVES RUSTLING
There is a SCREAM that breaks through the woods, then there is
SILENCE

3. INT. IN CLASSROOM AT COLLEGE, present day, we see the reflection
of ADAM in the computer in the classroom, he has a blank
expression.
TEACHER
ADAM are you okay?
