Summary
The project situation / challenge
Asher came to me very excited. She had found her dream job! After 5 years out of the
workforce, she had found a position with a training organisation. The role required 1 day per
week delivering training, with 2 days per week consulting with management on the strategic
development of the business. Previously, Asher had held senior training roles. 4 years ago
she resigned from her high pressure role to focus on her family. Once she resigned it didn’t
take long to get involved in the community. She had recently attended some training
courses, and was super keen to get going. Based in Australia, the document is for the
Australian market.
Explanation of choices for document style and information inclusion
I focussed on leveraging experience from volunteer roles whilst drawing on past
achievements. The logo was designed to highlight a seamless transiting (between the A and
the W). The colours were chosen to reflective Asher’s bright personality. Client was based
in Australia and therefore documents were prepared for the Australian market.
