1. Evaluation
Meetings with my client
The meeting with my client went quite well. I had 2 meetings creating a total of 3 drafts the
final one being my final script. Some of the feedback she gave me was about the layout and
font of my script as I first did it in normal layout and font instead of a script layout. I also had
to change a bit of the txt where it sounded weird.
What did the client like/dislike?
My client liked the script. They also liked the idea of my film with the plot twist at the end to
change up the film and make it unpredictable. They didn’t like the first draft as I called it a
clown which didn’t sound too good when said out loud. They also didn’t like the layout at
first.
How did you improve based on feedback?
My feedback was on the layout of my script and also when I called the man a clown which
sounded weird, therefore I changed it from clown to a man dressed as a clown. I also
changed all of the layout and font making it a script layout and font so it is more realistic.
Do you think that you have met expectations?
I think that I have met the expectations. I believe that the plot twist at the end made my
film different and stand out as many horror films are just the same without any plot twists.
Did you produce a full industry standard script and shooting script?
I believe I did. I have produced a script in the correct layout and font and I have also
produced a shooting script. I have analysed many scripts and I believe my scripts are very
similar to the other film scripts I have seen.
Does it meet legal and ethical requirements?
I believe it does. This is because my filmdoesn’t have any illegal parts in it or any things that
may offend people such as weapons and swear words. It also doesn’t offend anyone
ethically.
Overall are you pleased with your end product?
2. I am very pleased with my final script. This is partly because I have never attempted
anything like this. Also because I have put a lot of time and effort into making this script and
film how I wanted it to be.
