Concept
The lyrics don’t match the video, the song appears to be about a one-night stand,
and however the video has no connection to it. During our video the lyrics will
match up to the music video. This will show our own interpretation off the
original lyrics. This video will be to show all males aren’t the cheaters and
females can be very manipulative. This will show a difference in what a lot of
people think stereotypically.
Style
The music video is going to be set at a house party with low lighting and
everyone in casual clothing. The narrative will match with the song and also
with the setting of the shot/scene. The main two sets of this music video will be a
bedroom and a garage; this means that it will be changing constantly between
narrative, which will be at a house party, a bedroom and the town Centre and
then band performing in the garage. The lighting we will use will be low lighting
for when we’re recording indoors or natural lighting for outside.
Costume
The costume will be normal casual clothing worn by all members but we may
decide to have the band in black and red clothing. This will show a distinct the
bands normal clothing are more extravagant than other peoples.
Makeup
At the beginning of the music video, the boy and girl will look very respectable
and the girl’s makeup will look close to perfect. Then when they have the
argument and it turns to morning, the girl will look upset and a mess (mascara
running, hair messy etc.) and the boy will have bags under his eyes and look like
he’d been out all night.
