Funding and coordination of the development and operation
of online courses and material across the member universities
Three lines of funding:
1) CLASSIC vhb: complete online courses with supervision by
e-tutors, blended learning on the macro level of degree
programmes
2) SMART vhb: learning material for blended learning on the
micro level
3) OPEN vhb: open courses with university level, open to all
interested individuals, free of charge
