Dismantle an explosive device near to Opera House
Three citizens were martyred and 13 others were injured because of fall
of two mortars around the mosque of Ibrahim Khalil in Al Kabas in
Damascus.
Special authorities dismantled explosive device was planted by
terrorists inside a private car near to Opera House.
In another context, Unites of armed forces continued their military
operations in Barza, Adra and Daria, so they killed many terrorists and
their heads including snipers from Libya and smashed their weapons.

3. Terrorists launched missiles of mortars on a building of seven floors in
Bab Houd in Homs city, which caused huge damages.

In Lattakia, army killed many terrorists who are subsidiary to Jabhat Al
Nusra in the northern countryside of Lattakia and smashed their
weapons and ammunition.

Tawfik al-Bouti said that the takfiri fatwas which allow shedding the

7. People's Assembly passes bill on regulating currency exchange
profession
The People's Assembly on Sunday passed a bill on amending the law
regulating the profession of currency exchange.
Justice Minister Najm al-Ahmad said the amendments raise the penalties
for violations of the law, making them criminal penalties rather than
misdemeanor penalties, in addition to directing confiscated funds linked
to currency exchange crimes into reparations for the central Bank of
Syria, in addition to increasing the fines threefold.
The Assembly, chaired by Speaker Mohammad Jihad al-Laham, passed
another bill on amending regulations for validating contracts related to
investment spending, taking into account the current situation in Syria
and creating more flexibility in administrative work.
The Assembly also passed a bill on altering fees for issuing a passport to
SYP 4,000 for passports and travel documents issued normally and SYP
15,000 for passports and travel documents issued expeditiously upon the
concerned party's request.
Ministry of Agriculture responded to the Assembly Members' written
questions, addressing queries and issues related to organic agriculture
and products, agricultural real-estate ownership, and compensating
farmers for cotton crops damaged due to lack of irrigation.
The Assembly referred members' written questions to the proper
authorities via the Prime Ministry and adjourned until October 1st.
