An agreement to hand over al-Yarmouk to Syrian Government
Anwar Raja, Media officer of
the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, General
Command, said that fighters
of the Islamic State in Iraq and
Levant (ISIL) broke into the
houses of Yarmouk camp in
Damascus and abducted dozens of citizens. Reconciliation
agreement is being discussed
for handing over the camp to
the Syrian government, and
the surrender of armed fighters. ISIL fighters refused this
agreement and tried to impede
it after it has reached the last
phase, he revealed.
Military operation in Yabrud begins
The Syrian Army started an expand operation in Qalamoun
targeting Yabroud. The Syrian army advanced towards al-Sahel in Qalmoun and targeted headquarters of al-Nusra and the
Islamic Front in Qameaaya and Rima farms in Yabroud, and
al-Mal and Zamrani valleys in Qara. Concurrently, the army
also advanced in Darayya, Khan Shieh, Mleha, Adra and Jobar in Damascus countryside, official military source said.
The Syrian Army targeted by mortar shells neighborhoods of
Qadam, Asali, Eastern Ghota, Khan Shieh, and Darayya, opposition sources said.
Ezaz Emir killed in Iraq... al-Raaie in Aleppo
Opposition sources reported
the death of Abu Abdulrahman Kuwaiti, ISIL’s Emir of
Ezaz in Aleppo, while fighting the Iraqi Army. Kuwaiti
posted a photo on social media websites with “Shaker
Waheb Fahdawi”, al-Qaeda
commander in Anbar city,
and wrote “here I am with our
brother Abu Waheb in Anbar, I
entered without passport”, unofficial media reported. Meanwhile, Abu Laith Ansari, Emir
of al-Raaie, has been killed in
addition to the brother of Aleppo Ruler “Abu al-Athier” who
was found to have an assignment from “Omar Chechani”
to rule al-Raaie region, and
to block the crossing borders
used by the armed fighters.

Spy balloon shot down
The Syrian army says it has shot down a balloon that carried
spying cameras launched by opposition fighters over Aleppo
central prison. The army also thwarted armed fighters attempt
to attack Kweres military airport, Hamedeyya neighborhood,
and Air Force Academy, and killed many fighters. Operation

al-Tarief village in Dier Ezzur
countryside, abducted some
citizens and bombed houses
of al-Nusra fighters, unofficial media said.

A massacre in Qunietra
Al-Nusra front fighters committed a massacre in alDaweya al-Sughra village, in
Qunietra- Damascus countryside, resulted in killing 8 citizens, opposition sources said.

groups, most notably (ISIL,

Battalion, Fatah al-Islam and
Abdullah Azzam Battalions
and some factions of Ahrar
al-Sham movement, unofficial media sources revealed.

ISIL military commander killed in Raqqa

military commander has

Coalition denies killing civilians in Maanvillage
1400 civilians evacuated
from Homs
The number of citizens who

The Syrian opposition Coalition announced that all who
were killed in the “liberation of Maan village battle”
in Hama is from the Syrian
army, denying that the battalions have killed civilians.
The coalition confirmed full

out that the other armed brigades and battalions adhere
to codes of human rights and
the Geneva Conventions.
Battalions participating in
the liberation of Maan village have confirmed that the
first duty is to protect civilians and ensure their safety
and the liberation of Syria.

No meetings on the fourth day of
Geneva
UN envoy to Syria Lakhdar Erahimi said

he would not call for meetings with the delegations of the Syrian government and the
opposition coalition. This possibility will
