Syrian TV broadcasted a documentary, terrorists admitted carrying out
attacks in several regions of Syria, including the bombing of “children of
martyrs” schools in Damascus, the attack on general stuff building,
targeting police headquarters, and assassinations targeting supporters of

weapons from abroad, including Saudi Prince Suleiman bin Sultan, in

Legislative decree... General Amnesty on crimes
President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday issued legislative decree No. 23 for
the year 2013 stipulating amnesty the crimes committed before April 16,
2013.

4. The amnesty covers the majority of crimes including those sentenced to
death, the misdemeanors, peoples suffering from incurable diseases and
elderly people.
It also includes the crimes of possession of illegal weapons and crimes of
internal and external escape.
Crimes of treason, espionage and terrorism were excluded from the
amnesty.
President Al-Assad congratulates Venezuela President
President Bashar al-Assad, congratulated President of the Bolivarian
Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro on the occasion of his election as
president of the country, and expressed confidence about continuation of
strengthening relations between Syria and Venezuela.
Meetings of the Ministerial Committee

price control and attention to the agricultural sector.
For his part, Dr. Wael Al-Halki Chairman of the Committee said that the
government has options to strengthen the capacity of the resilience of the
national economy, and to maintain the stability of exchange rate of the
Syrian pound, stressing that the first goal of the government is to improve
the living conditions of all citizens.

5. Haig… We work to lift the European ban on the transfer of
arms to Syria

adding that we are convinced of the need for new amendments to the ban
as we see the need to repeal it fully, and we will discuss the decision at the

Spain.. We made sure that Spanish fundamentalists traveled
to Syria
According to the Spanish newspaper “El Mundo” Spanish security forces
officially confirmed the existence of cases of travel for "fundamentalists"
from Spain to Syria to fight with terrorist groups, adding that the Spanish
police is investigating the entry of a network of extremists responsible for
organizing " jihadists people" especially in the suburbs close to the Spain
border with Morocco.
Turkish Aadinelak.. encouraging kidnapping Turkish supporters of
the Syrian people
Turkish newspaper Aadinelak revealed that elements of the so-called "free
army" who are deployed in the border villages in the Iskenderun city
encouraged Turkish citizens to kidnap population who are supporters of the
Syrian people, and to hand them over in return for large sums.

Belgian Defense Minister Peter de Kerem called to work collectively to

Safe water... A plan between Ministry of Water Resources

High voltage transformer station at Qudsaia
