2012 (Jan) Structural Draughtsperson – CBI Consulting Engineers
Jozini bulk water supply project (2016) - Produced the structural drawings for the reservoir
and any other components that are affiliated with this. I did both concrete and rebar drawings to
engineers spec.
Greater Mthonjaneni water supply project (2016) – Produced structural drawings for 2 ML
and also pump stations, these included the concrete and rebar drawings for all of the
components of the job. In the case of the pump stations I did all the concrete, rebar and also
the architectural drawings for this job.
Mondi Kraft new chipping plant (2015/16) – Produced CAD drawings from previous had
drawing and from that, produced demolition, concrete layout and details for the new equipment
and notes and details. . All the work is to engineers specifications
Mondi Kraft MC Tower (2015) – Produced CAD drawings from previous had drawing and from
that, produced demolition, concrete layout and details for the new equipment and notes and
details. . All the work is to engineers specifications
Ethekwini Water and Sanitation Project (2015) – Pump station number 1, working on all of
the structural drawings that go with this project. Concrete layouts structural steel and rebar
drawings. Also checking rebar and making sure those drawings are going out for issue on time.

Mondi Kraft New Washer (2015) – Produced CAD drawings from previous had drawing and
from that, produced demolition, concrete layout and details for the new equipment and notes
and details. . All the work is to engineers specifications
PIC Audits and building inspection (2014) – PIC Building inspections carried out with the
project engineer, inspecting the structural and civil defects in and around the buildings. I helped
produce the reports.
Ethekwini Water and Sanitation Project (2013-2014) – Produced the as laids for the water
and sewer lines, running long sections on model and pipe maker. This is a very paper intensive
process and requires check to be done and surveys to be requested with an outside consultant
aswel as liaising with site staff to check the routes and fittings of each site. There are around
250 different sites to co-ordinate; there was a lot of project management that came with the
duties of this project.
Digester plant Extension, Sappi Saiccor (2014) – Produced reinforcement detailing for the
first, second, columns, trenches and the base foundation to engineer’s specifications.
Mnamtha Reservoir Project, Ethekwini water services (2013) – Produced reinforcement
detailing and scheduling for this reservoir to engineers specifications and I got the chance to go
and insect the steel and have a site visit.
New Log Receiver Project, Sappi Saiccor (2013) – Produced the concrete, reinforcement
detailing and a structural steel detail layout drawing to engineer’s specifications.

3. Ngodwana GoCell Project, Sappi Ngodwana (2012-2013) – Produced, pile layouts, pile cap,
ground beams, columns, floor slabs, plinth foundations for various machines, concrete layouts,
screed layouts and I produced the reinforcement detailing and schedules for all of these various
jobs, aswel as structural steel layout drawings. All of these were to the engineer’s specification
around various parts of the site
2008 – 2011 TALBOT & TALBOT
Draughtsperson, Project Manager and Site Agent.
Waste Water Project, Juba, Sudan (2011) –I produced the detailed drawings (piping and
instrumentation diagram) or P&ID the civil layouts, mechanical and electrical drawings to
engineer’s specifications.
Waste man Group, Durban (2011) – I managed a small pilot plant that was treating the
leachate from the waste dump site and taking samples back to the lab for testing and then
tabulating and writing reports on the results that came out of the pilot plant, I managed this site
by myself for a few months.
Wash Water Project, Port Elizabeth, Algorax (2011) – Project management and resident
engineer for the project looking after all of the installations work, logistically work as well as did
the detailed drawings (piping and instrumentation diagram) or P&ID the civil layouts aswel as
the reinforcement and schedules, mechanical and electrical drawings to engineer’s
specifications.
Hulamin, Pietermaritzburg (2010-2011) – I worked on the effluent plant at Hulamin, I helped
with all of the maintenance duties aswel and install various machinery, pumps, pipework and
stripping machines, fixing and maintaining it and then reinstalled the machine for use. I did
troubleshooting of machines and I have had experience working with steel fabrication company,
learning how to welding, use a cutting torch also learning how to manage this sort of industry.
New Wastewater Treatment Plant, Arusha, Tanzania Breweries Limited (2010) – Produced
the drawings for the project which included (piping and instrumentation diagram) or P&ID,
mechanical fabrication drawings, pipeline layouts, site plans and as-built construction drawings
to engineer are specifications.
New Drum Screen and Inlet Chamber, Rosslyn Pretoria, South African Breweries (2010) –
Produced the (piping and instrumentation diagram) or P&ID, civil drawings for the drum screen
to engineer’s specifications and was also a site manager overseeing the construction of the civil
works for the drum screen and renovations to the inlet chamber.
New Wastewater Treatment Plant, Mbeya, Tanzania Breweries Limited (2010) – Produced
the drawings for the project which included (piping and instrumentation diagram) or P&ID, civil
layouts, mechanical fabrication drawings, pipeline layouts, site plans and as-built construction
drawings to engineer are specifications. I was also involved some project management
travelling to the brewery a few times to attend project meetings and being the Sites Residential
engineer.
New Wastewater Treatment Plant, Nampula, Mozambique (2009) – Produced the drawings
for the project which included (piping and instrumentation diagram) or P&ID, civil layouts,
mechanical fabrication drawings, pipeline layouts, site plans and as-built construction drawings
to engineer’s specifications.
Wastewater Treatment Plant, Bom Jesus, Namibia 2009 – Produced the drawings for the
project which included (piping and instrumentation diagram) or P&ID drawings, civil layouts,
mechanical drawings, pump layout drawings aswel pipeline layouts, site plans and as-built
construction drawings to engineer’s specifications.

2009) – Produced the drawings for the project which included (piping and instrumentation

construction drawings to engineer’s specifications. Travelled up to the brewery and oversaw
some of the equipment installation. I have worked on the maintenance of the machinery after
the planet was commissioned in 2011

PERSONAL OVERVIEW
About Me: I am an extremely hard worker and focused with an attention to detail, I
try to pride myself in the quality of my work. I work very well in teams and I like to be
as transparent as possible to make project and working environments work as
efficiently as possible, however I do work just as well on my own is I do in a team. I
also strongly believe in helping others wherever possible as it is up to the youth to
make a difference in this diverse country. I am not afraid of hard work and I love
learning new things
Interests and Hobbies: I love the outdoors and I do enjoy playing sport of which I
enjoy football and golf. I am an avid soccer fan and support Manchester United FC. I
love the water and snorkeling and looking to get my PADI so that I can go diving. I do
enjoy puzzles and problem solving and I like to be organized and keep things tidy, I
also look to do some woodwork and get hands on with things in my spare time and
making various useful piece that i can use around the house and or garden this plays
in my favor when it comes to engineering as I really enjoy planning things out and
then constructing what I have thought out.
