concrete work with post tension slabs, excavation, and backfilling. The total budget
cost about 3.6 Billion EGP. Consist of 5 project as portfolio.
Responsibilities
 Control and monitor of project time plan including verifying and checking of
progress update, construction works to insure that project time frame is pertinent
and reachable.
 Analyzed construction activities actual duration and delays.
 Preparing the following reports:
o Site update.
o Progress percentages.
o Histograms and s-curve.
o Resource profile “planned Vs. earned “.
o Shoring and scaffolding cycles efficiency.
