Market Commentary
Good Morning!!
Market at 2 year’s high – As value investors what to do… Buy or Sell?
Inspite of all problems in the economic front, Indian Equity Market is now at 2 year’s high. We discussed this irrationality of the market and also believed that it will fall
in the near future. On this background, we believe value investors should exercise at most care in initiating new positions and increasing holdings in our value picks. By
this, we don’t mean value investor should not invest in this market at all. Value investors should always stay invested in the market – no matter whether it is bull or
bear. Currently we are in bull market. But we got to select fundamentally strong and stay invested in this stock. When the market starts falling, we got to increase our
positions and bring down the average investment cost. This should be the strategy for the current market.
