Good Morning!!
Government of India (GOI) is trying to remove roadblocks for projects
Yesterday finance minister of India gave some indications of GOI to clear the road blocks for long
term projects. But we feel he doesn’t have enough time to such corrective measures as he got
just less than a year’s time. However this shows their desperation for bringing back the economy
in control. This is just another macro factor that we don’t need to worry for equity investments.
Value pick for the day
We believe Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd is the pick of the day. Yesterday company announced divesting
its Carbon Black business for Rs 14,510 million. The proceeds will be used for reducing the debt.
This can be a long term value pick.
