December 29, 2010 Volume: 1 | Issue: 389| November 1, 2010 INDIAN MARKET 28-Dec 27-Dec % Change COMMENTARY BSE Sensex 20,025 20,029 (0.02) INDIA NSE Nifty 5,996 5,998 (0.03) After surviving China scare yesterday, the Indian markets ended almost unchanged on Tuesday amid a BSE Midcap 7,619 7,614 0.07 choppy trading session. The benchmark indices struggled for any specific direction through out the day BSE Smallcap 9,405 9,374 0.33 and were stuck in a narrow trading band.The Oil & Gas, Auto and the PSU stocks were among the major Nifty Junior 11,914 11,926 (0.10) laggards, on the other hand, FMCG, Pharma and the Telecom stocks were among the gainers. Even the CNX Midcap 8,648 8,665 (0.20) broader indices ended with modest gains.
