Our bodies need nutrients from food to grow and stay healthy. Food provides proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and water. Carbohydrates provide energy but should come from fruits, vegetables and whole grains rather than sweets and processed foods. Proteins help build the body but should be consumed in moderation. Fats are important but saturated fats should be limited. Vitamins and minerals from foods keep us strong and prevent illness; deficiencies can cause various health issues. Staying hydrated with water is also essential for health.

And honey
6. But we receive carbohydrates also from :
Sweets
Chocolates
Biscuits
Cakes
Candies
ice creams
Soft drinks
7. But it is good to avoid all of this
because we load our body with
useless calories and then we

overweight!

Facilitates the creation of caries.
(ruins our teeth).
And raises the level of Lipids in our blood
and so our heart gets burdened.

9. PROTEINS
Proteins build our bodies.
If you do not eat food that contain proteins, our body will not
develop properly, and will become ill.

And some vegetables
