5.1Introduction
Since the 1980s, an increasing number of varieties of store–branded food products have reached the market, sold by retail supermarkets and
mass–market wholesale entities through partnership agreements with national and regional brand manufacturers (Kim, 2001). Store brands are
retail–inspired products marketed, controlled, and sold exclusively by retailers in competition with brands controlled and marketed by manufacturers
(Kim, 2001). Store branding is not a new concept. The early 20th century produced important store brands consumers readily accepted, originating
through retail development projects for similar or identical consumer products. These products offered legitimate quality and value choices for cost
savings of disposable, non–food products, as opposed to nationally or regionally known products (Kim, 2001).
Recently, an increasing number and varieties of perishable food products (i.e., refrigerated and temperature sensitive) have been added to the expanding
retail store branding trend. These growing product categories now include dairy, juice, meats, and cheese.
The expansion of store brands reduced long–term competition and consumer choice while leading to increases in price and corresponding decreases in

INTRODUCTION
No other provision of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (hereinafter ID Act) has been under as much scrutiny as the definition of 'industry' given
under section 2(j). To avail the benefit of the ID Act, it is necessary for the worker to prove that his place of employment falls under the purview of
the definition of 'industry' in s 2(j). Over the years the judiciary has laid down certain tests and criteria to determine and limit (or as seen later, expand)
the scope of the legislation to extend the benefits to workers in different establishments. One such issue was to examine if educational institutions
(universities, schools, etc) would fall under s. 2(j). This essay starts by tracing the judicial developments with regard to educational institutions under s
2(j).

The Indian Mutiny, also known as the Indian Revolt, was a war between the Indians and the British. Basically the war was due to the prolonged British

launched their presence in India during the 17th century. This was at the part time of the Mogul empire. At this period of time, the territory of Bombay

Indian strains were also found to be devoid of sulpholipids. Even though strains of these earlier studies were not genotyped, on the basis of our current
knowledge of the global phylogeography of MTB, it can be assumed that most of the South Indian strains belonged to Lineage 1 (Indo–Oceanic)[17].
We found clear demarcation in the compartmentalization of MTB lineages of this study isolates with respect to their geographical locations. Clustering
can be used in post–genomic data analysis to group strains with similar traits. Clustering of individual SITs varies from region to region. Although
spoligotyping may correctly identify "outbreak" episodes and can track the spread of the

ABSTRACT:
This paper describes method of detecting early signs of fatigue in drivers and provide method for more security and attention for driver safety
problem and to investigate driver mental state related to driver safety.As soon as the driver is falling in symptons of fatigue immediate message will
be given to driver.In addition of the advance technology of Surff feature extraction algorithm is also added in the system for correct detection of
status of driver.The Fatigue is detected in the system by the image processing method of comparing the images(frames) in the video and by using the
human features we are eable to estimate the indirect way of detecting fatigue.The technique also focuses on modes of person when driving vehicle i.e
awake, drowsy state or sleepy and sleep state.The system is very efficient to detect the fatigue and control the vehicle.

Digital–Analog Converter (DAC) used in SA–ADC that are mentioned in this paper are binary–weighted DAC, unary–weighted DAC and segmented
DAC. In this paper comparator is been designed for all these SA–ADC architectures. The comparator used in SA–ADC plays an important role. The
main purpose of the comparator is to compare a signal with a reference signal and produce an output depending on whether the input signal is greater or
smaller than the reference signal. The structure of the comparator does not depend on the segmentation degree (i.e. the number of unary bits), for all
the binary, segmented, and unary structures, the same circuit configuration with similar power consumption can be employed.

Designing horizontal–axis wind turbine (HAWT) blades to achieve satisfactory levels of performance starts with knowledge of the aerodynamic
forces acting on the blades. In this paper, HAWT blade design is studied from the aspect of aerodynamic view and the basic principles of the
aerodynamic behaviours of HAWTs are investigated. Firstly, blade design procedure for an optimum rotor according to CFD analysis as well as
analytical calculations.Then designed blade shape is modified such that modified blade will be lightly loaded regarding the highly loaded of the
designed blade and power prediction of modified blade is analysed. When the designed blade shape is modified, it is seen that the power extracted
from the wind is reduced about 10% and the length of modified blade is increased about 5% for the same required power.
