COUNSELLING & INCLUSIVE SET UP SYSTEM
Counseling is a very important ingredient in shaping students’ behavior and performance especially in
schools. Students with various problems in schools need to be listened to. It helps the students in
educational, social, emotional and behavioral needs, either individually or in groups. The qualities of a
good counselor include; empathy, strong sense of judgment, listening skills, ability to follow up the
counsel students and above all, to give recommendations to the administration to solve some issues.
Keeping all things in mind CBSE has made mandatory for all the schools to have counselors and special
educators in their schools to help and provide support to the students who are facing difficulties in their
school life.
Our organization PALS for children provide a service called as „School Counselling & Inclusive Set
up Systems‟. Setting counselling and special education systems is a quality service offered by us to
schools within their premises.
Our counselling team and special educators are highly specialized and possess qualifications in the
various above mentioned fields. In addition, each counsellor has undergone specialized training in face-
to-face counselling & parent-child counselling.
We provide counseling & special education services to various schools. Our counselors and special
educators take counseling and special education sessions in the school and through audio-visual
medium. Our counselors also take one-on-one counseling sessions of the students and help them in
dealing with their issues which the children face during their adolescence.
Our trained special educators do screening to identify children who may have a disability (as yet
unidentified) or may be at risk for school failure and make goals accordingly. They provide early
intervention which involves individually planned and systematically monitored arrangement of
teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials, accessible settings. These interventions are
designed to help learners with special needs achieve a higher level of personal self-sufficiency and
success in school.

know skills to manage behavior of their children. The manual explains
various techniques that can be used to modify the behavior of their children
We also take sessions of behavior modification at our clinic (PALS for
