Who are We?
Ashwaas' mission is to further the establishment of Need-
Based Therapy across India and build awareness about this
accessible and effective form of therapy. We aim to ensure
the well being of children, adolescents and adults through
access of the necessary therapies for their holistic growth

Ashwaas Early Intervention and Wellness
Centre has a holistic approach towards
need oriented therapy based
intervention, special educational
programmes and offers clinical counselling
sessions for both children and parents or
caregivers.
8. Founders of our Centre
Mr. Srimanta Ray
Mr. Srimanta Ray is a senior finance professional with an experience of 20 years in Financial Management and Management
Accounting in large corporate environment. Adept at setting up, managing & leveraging financial functions, processes & related
analytics. His key competencies include a cross-functional know-how, a highly process oriented outlook and a perspective of good
governance.
Skilled at leading finance functions while ensuring complete legal compliance, assets and money are secure and all stakeholders
operate within norms. Possess an in-depth understanding of business needs and partner as a capable financial resource to help
manage P & L more efficiently. Areas of expertise include business planning & analysis, budgeting, working capital management,
investment evaluations, due diligence, project appraisals, accounting & controllership, compliance & risk management and
stakeholder management .
Dr. Neelesh Korde
Dr. Neelesh trained in Ayurveda in Bangalore Karnataka. Besides academics, Dr. Korde was always keen to learn more about the
clinical application of Ayurveda and how best he could be of assistance in relieving the pain and suffering of patients.
Dr Korde has been associated with Gomantak Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya and Research Centre in Shiroda Goa for the last 25 years. In
his capacity as the Professor and head of the department of Rachana Shareera, he has inspired many a young mind to achieve
excellence in Ayurveda. A multifaceted personality with varied interests in music, fashion, travel and food, he has been an
ambassador of Ayurveda not only in India but also in UK and USA, where he has been practicing and teaching for over 14 years.
