1. Goals
• Goal:
– To increase use of iPads in the classroom.
• Audience:
– Middle school students and teachers at any level
• Message:
– iPads are intuitive and designed to be used with
little to no training.

3. Contrast
• This design was a total redo. I was not happy
with the color scheme or images from the first
design and the topic for the week was
contrast.
• The goal here was to use bold contrast to dras
the eye to important information.

5. Style
• Beach theme
– Fun, relaxing, bright, fresh, sunny.
– I used a lot of the same elements from the
contrast design, but changed almost all of the
color combinations.

7. Text and Type
• I focused more on the text and less on the
overall design. It was good to experiment with
text.
• The number of times I changed fonts and sizes
and positions of the text is pretty high. 

• Here I tried to bring in some of the type and
text from the previous design to accentuate a
design I liked from earlier in the term.
• I toned down the large “i” in the design to
hopefully create some cohesion and focus.
