password.
Using the information and password on the card, teachers
must set-up Sunnyside mail to come to their computer
and phone. The Google Apps cannot receive mail. It
can only send it.
Any problems with school e-mail accounts or Google Apps
Accounts, please come to Iain and ask (forgotten
passwords, problems using etc).
Iain will be available after lunch today to help teachers
get their mail accounts set-up on their computers

Editor's Notes
Required as a Standard of Practice by the IB PYP - We need to have in place a collaborative planning process in order to be authorised as a school. Our collaborative planning needs to be evidenced well, so it can be assessed when the authorisation team come to visit us. The PYP Planner is a document that is to be initially shared by the teachers across the gakunen.

I will do an activity with the teachers. You are also joining in this activity, so we need to have your account set-up already before the start of the presentation. Maybe I can get your computer set-up when you are supporting Chu for the collaboration assessment, so you can join in this activity with Chu and collaborate as well.
Again, ask me any questions about this. It is a quiz that all the teachers do on their computers, but they have to collaborate to find out the answers. Japanese teachers will get asked questions that foreigners will have the answer to, and foreign teachers will get asked questions that Japanese teachers might have the answer to.
There is someone who is good with computers in each gakunen, so it should be fun.
