•Sometimes need to find the assignment details in the top right
corner
•Assignment feedback
•Grader feedback is often embedded into the assignment doc when
grading is complete
•Timed quizzes/exams – some are timed, some are not
•Once the timer starts, it cannot be stopped!
•Random question or answer order
•When seeking help (after due date), it may be good to cite the full
answer
•For example, multiple choice answers may be shuffled each time it
displays
•Forums: subscription can be helpful, but also a lot to read

Each week consists of videos, quizzes and peer assignments/reviews

• You can enroll early, work ahead. Due dates will adjust when the
iMBA team “pulls” you into the proper iMBA-only section
• Work will be saved if you’re switched…you don’t lose anything.
• Some even work a whole course ahead. Caution: you may forget
things if you go too far ahead.
• Sometimes, you may wish to enroll without the certificate, just to
brush up on skills (i.e. financial accounting to support operations
mgt)
• Don’t buy the “whole sequence” since we do not use the coursera
capstone courses; buy individual courses to save $$$
• Some online coupon sites (befrugal, ebates) offer cash back on
coursera purchases
• Peer review: provide useful feedback, help each other
