● Created Shipwire’s global fulfillment platform focusing on the physical process and
procedures while directing the system requirements for development. Established
partnerships with 3PL providers to provide on demand fulfillment for SMB ecommerce
companies growing annual revenue from $10K to where it exceeded $100M.
● Successfully transitioned team from a startup to assuming an executive role in the fastest
growing business unit within Ingram Micro, the world’s largest distributor of technology
products.
● Led Restoration Hardware transportation network design process with goals for determining
site location for a direct to customer distribution center. Results identified savings of over
$4M from current fulfillment locations in small package spend (~15% savings) per annum.
● Improved receipt forecasts by 85% at Gap by analyzing all segments of all trade lanes by
hours instead of days and using a statistical model to predict future carrier performance.
Analysis identified 5 key attributes that could be used to improve each shipment forecast.
